Looking for a printer we want to order from Amazon because we have amazon prime, unless you know of another place that has a printer with free shipping. I have had a number of printers in the past and hated them all. This printer will be used 99% of the time for printing labels, resumes, and other word documents. I don't need crazy high quality image/color details, etc. Cheaper the better, also want the ink cartridges to be affordable too as far as the cheap goes as I know some can be very expensive. So what do you guys have that works well?

Lol i would have just simply said see her in court. I mean I don't really understand where a judge would say the other resident has grounds to sue if the HOA isn't suing you or evicting you, etc. EDIT: You should definitly speak with your HOA immediately telling you that she is pestering you about things that have already ruled in your favor. They might release a memo to the entire community clarifying the rules. This would be good defense should she actually go forward with suing you.

Could look for a Taurus 24/7 Pro. Had one in 9mm it was a pretty good gun, never any issues with it thats for sure. Probably pick up a new one for less than $350.
