Underfolders absolutely suck to shoot. Sidefolders don't suck, but aren't nearly as comfy as fixed stock. For a target AK fixed stock is the way to go. Never had an arsenal so can't say first hand how they are. Furniture is cheap and not difficult to swap. A milled receiver will be noticeably heavier, and won't appreciably increase performance although it will feel less janky in your hands. Why do you want an AK over a different platform? If you know what it is and realistically expect AK performance and ergonomics, you'll be happy. If you're expecting AR ergos with rem700 accuracy and HK quality, prepare for disappointment. Whatever you get, check for canted front sight block, where the front sight is adjusted to (at windage/elevation limits) and double check all screws/rivets/etc for tightness, seems like more AKs slip through QA than others.

SS109/M855 has been USGI for quite awhile now, and is designed with a mostly lead core with a hardened penetrator in the tip of the bullet to give better performance. A bulk of the surplus ammo available is this type, and banning it significantly reduces the amount of ammo available to the public. It still goes bang when you shoot it, but if shooting steel plates will dimple the target slightly instead of just splatting against it. It is generally high quality ammo and recently sold around 32-35 cents/round. The underlying issue is that the BATFE is changing its mind on something it already ruled on, and not for the first time in the last few months.

There are lots of services that do that, last one I remember using was mailchimp? Wasn't very expensive a few years back. Was super easy, upload a .csv, .txt, .xlsx, etc whatever and go.

Yes, the valve that you adjust temp and water flow has a stop you can adjust during installation that will change the hot-limit.. like how far towards "hot" you can turn the mixer. To get to it to change it, you'll most likely have to pull off the cover and maybe remove the assy, kind of a PITA.
