People need to learn how to interact with dogs. Not sure why people think its ok to get all up in a dogs face, especially when they know nothing about the dog. You can tell the dog was getting agitated and the dog even told the lady he was going to correct her and she went in to his face anyway.

What is pop?

I do...me me me, right here. Though I did make a batch of ginger ale that tasted what I would imagine poop tasing like.

Ginger Ale in the making. Its Ginger, Water, Lemon, sugar, and some cayenne brewing to pull out of much flavor as possible. After this it gets cooled, yeast added, then poured into a container for initial fermentation. The flavor is great, but it's got this little side flavor that throws me off. I think it may be from the yeast. I think I am going to try a different yeast and see how that turns out and maybe in the future expirament with forced carbonation. Either way, this stuff is pretty good. Way better than the crap in most grocery chains.

OK, so I love spicy ginger ale, and the stuff from the store like vernors, schwepps, blah blah blah just isn't my style, and the goods ones from places like whole foods, central market, and places of that nature are expensive. That being said, I started making my own. Just wondering if anybody else makes their own ginger ale, or pop for that matter from scratch. I intend on getting into brewing my own beer in the near future, but am content with my own home brewed ginger ale for now. I briefly looked into making home made root beer and sasparilla, and that seems to have a lot more ingredients, and more complicated production process than ginger ale so it's a bit intimidating to me.

I have always been intrigued by the 17hmr...but never had the opportunity to shoot one.

That tiny risk outlined in your scenario above is worth the risk to carry. Would rather take my chances of a passerby maybe walking by and misinterpreting the situation, than the bogger risk of not being armed at all should I get robbed.

Get em Archie! I know most will not agree with me but I am fine leaving Iran alone. Shoot, if somebody tied to tell us what we can and cant do, we would give them a big f u. So why do we have to do it to everyone else? We need to stop having bases in every country around the world, and like Paul said, bring those resources in house.
