  3. My nephew (2yrs old) loves eating lemons and limes raw.
  4. :lolguy: Was waiting for that...
  5. +1 I never got the belt, but there were two thick wooden paddles. The kid was told prior to this how to behave, and he didn't so there were consequences. No black eyes, no broken bones, etc. I personally would not use a belt, and I certainly would not be yelling at and cursing at my kid, but everything else, I have no problem with. Again, outside the language/tone of voice used with the kid, I would not fault the guy. This? Or expulsion and jail? Which is worse? I would take my @ss whooping and learn from it and shape up.
  6. Yes...yes it is. :megusta:
  7. Chevy Equinox LT 92,000miles I bought this like a year and a half or 2 years ago off NurkVinny on here The Bad: Driver's window goes up crooked so you need to hold straight with your hand (needs clip in door put back on maybe?) Will need new tires Water gets on the floor sometimes I believe it is from the windshield seal at the base of the windshield The Good: I have put practically no miles on this thing since I bought it The rear dif fluid and t-case fluid were changed by Derek (turborust) New shocks front and back (Derek) New Rotors and pads (Derek) NADA Rough Trade in-$6425 NADA Avg Trade in-$7500 NADA Clean Trade in-$ 8375 NADA Clean Retail-$11225 There is one more in Columbus on Autotrader with 10K less miles asking $10,500. Asking $7000. Just trying to get what I owe on this thing. It's currently sitting in storage up in OH. If someone wants to go look at it I can arrange to have a buddy meet you. I intend on flying up in a few weeks if no one here wants it and driving down here to TX to sell or trade in. I would rather not go through all that if I don't have to. Hit me up only if seriously interested. -Ryan Photobucket is being stupid right now so I will try to get the pics up later. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=528&pictureid=4932 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=528&pictureid=4931
  8. My parents got 3d TV. LG. Some stuff was cool, playing halo with it was trippy for a game or two, then you just get a headache. I am not a huge fan of 3d TV.
  9. I bought a bottle of Laphroaig 10 year a few months ago on the recommendation of the liquor store employee...I do not enjoy it at all.
  10. My current car. 1991 Talon TSi AWD with built motor, HKS 272 cams, fp 3065 turbo, Apex I N1 3" turbo back. I always liked the sound of the VW R32 exhausts as well.
  11. Frech Press, a burr grinder and some gevalia whole bean coffee...best coffe I have had yet.
  12. Religion is about not questioning anything? Really...so are you saying that through question things, a person who was once a "non-spiritual person" could not become spiritual/religous, or whatever you want to call it, by questioning things? I absolutely believe there is a God BECAUSE I question things. Go read up onb C.S. Lewis. He was an Athiest for the first half of his life. 180 degree turn AFTER he started to question things. +1 Because of their common convictions they both have a common goal. To serve Christ. If that statement offends anyone because I used the term "Christ", tough. How does the old saying go? A house divided can not stand? But when you have two people with the same goal, they are a help to each other, not a burden
  13. In for statistics proving that please. I would marry my wife again, and again, and again. Not a day goes by where I regret marrying her, even when it's tough. And no, we did not live together before we were married.
  14. :megusta: Yummy. Looks delicious. Marinade and grill time.
  15. Started by your's truly... http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94310&highlight=cigar and BTW, I also am not above blends, I have just never had one that I enjoyed. I am totally open to suggestions of good blends. It's just that the blends I have had are not very smooth, or have way too much burnt wood/peat taste.

    Carrying concerns

Alaska has no ccw policy. Pretty much anyone can ccw without license or training. Last time I checked crime percentage based on population was lower than TX. I think that data was a couple years old though.

No kidding. I was referring to TX when I said "here" because I currently reside in TX.

    Carrying concerns

I know of a few other establishments with no guns signs on 2 of their 4 entrances. Guess which ones I go through. I won't disclose those places on a public forum though as some may argue that because I have seen those signs at the other entrances, I know the policy for the establishment and therefore and breaking the law. eff all that. If I still lived in oh I would just keep going in the doors I usually do because I see no signs...

    Carrying concerns

TX loves their guns...thats for sure, but surprisingly, open carry is ILLEGAL here. No matter to me, I don't want anyone knowing I am carrying anyway.

The argument to that statement would be, she has a choice of places to attend school, so she is in thr wrong for putting herself in a position that is dangerous then using that situation as an excuse to break the law. Again, not saying I would care either way if I was a fellow student and somehow knew she carried, but I can see how the other side would argue it. Also, is she ust getting her CCW so she is not perceived as a criminal when carrying outside campus? Obviously she would be considered a criminal for carrying on campus whether she has a CCW or not as CCW has no validity there.

That's one reason among others that I stopped banking with 53rd and moved all my ish over to Chase. Chase never had signs, 53rd did.
