  1. Agreed. I picked some up earlier in the year when they were in the 300's and if there weren't so many opportunities this week I would have purchased more today.
  2. Your tinfoil hat is hella on. This guy seems to lack a basic understanding of how electromagnetism (among other basic scientific subjects) works.
  3. Right now cash and AAPL are my downturn protection, lol.
  4. Car looks great and the photos are really well done.
  5. Thanks, lol, I use the term rice in the most flattering way possible, lol. And might as well toss up a couple of pics from later in the evening with my buddy's BBC truck. http://i.imgur.com/mSCBzB2.jpg http://i.imgur.com/50LXOyu.jpg http://i.imgur.com/6mYx7HY.jpg
  6. I remember seeing something on Vice about this a while back. Link for more info for those interested. http://www.vice.com/tag/The+Act+of+Killing
  7. Very very cool, congratulations!
  8. Riced out car and riced out editing. May as well keep whoring out this thread. http://i.imgur.com/wBsUh9v.jpg
  9. They are offering brand new 2.0T Genesis Coupe's for $20K here in Houston. Tempting value.
  10. I would go with the Focus ST if you were giving me the car to drive on a nice weekend, If I had to live with it every day all year round it would be the GTI.
  11. I really hate cases but I went ahead and picked up a few. The Spigen Aluminum Fit case is the bulkiest one I got but the aluminum back is nice. The Verus Aluminum Metal Frame case is very very minimalist and I'm thinking will help protect well against drops.
  12. Pretty much my life right now, lol.
  13. Welcome to CR, very nice looking V!
  14. Absolutely amazing pics and very nice cars.
  15. It is both a big deal and cool!
  16. Just ordered my gold 64gb 6. Woot!
  17. My advice would be to sell it to an investor. Find a rental property investor and sell it to them for a good price and build into the contract a 10 year lease (or however long you think he needs) and he will just pay rent to the investor who purchased it. That way he has fixed rent for a period of time and no longer has to pay condo fees, maintenance, or taxes, just the rent.
  18. Thank god there was nothing to run into.
  19. It's really not that out of reach to achieve in your lifetime if you work towards it. http://www.sec.gov/answers/accred.htm
  20. $68 is what the shares were sold for to the institutions and qualified investors who were actually buying the IPO. Once you are able to buy them in your Scottrade or whatever account you are purchasing them on the secondary market.
