  1. Nice intro, welcome to the site!
  2. Exactly! That's why I got the JET Chip for my Jaguar. It's the good one that makes the computer convert my 93 Octane to 116 Octane and makes power that way.
  3. Hardee harr harr, the admin's should change UID to Eddy Murphy. :fuuuu:
  4. This was on the XF forum today under a topic asking about speed limiters, made me think of this thread. http://www.newcelica.org/photopost/data/500/OGBseEi.png
  5. The drug dealer grille was looking too shiny today to not grab a quick iphone shot. http://www.newcelica.org/photopost/data/500/iphone_drug_dealer_car.jpg
  6. CTS-V is nice and all, but it doesn't belong in the same league as any of the other cars you listed.
  7. I have driven the FRS and really enjoy it. The steering feel and seating position in relation to the wheel and shifter are amazing. You could do things in it that would require much much more speed to do in my FD. My problems were that the seats are too narrow and the materials aren't great. Now if they made a Lexus version that had a lot more luxury and comfy seats as well as some really nice materials for around $40K I would be all over it.
  8. I would think it's a HUD on the windshield, I can't imagine how much people would freak out if your dash/steering wheel went invisible.
  9. Nice, want to see these on the car.
  10. +1 Congrats, looks huge.
  11. Damn Alex, your car sounds scary good. I had the rare occasion to have the XF and the RX next to each other for a moment today, the RX look so tiny! http://www.newcelica.org/photopost/data/500/dafgafg.jpg

    Nice! Welcome to the site.
  13. Nice car, welcome to the site!
  14. Yeah, around Evo/STI prices or less I was thinking A4, C250(4matic), 328xi, CLA250 awd. They aren't the same exact car, but my thing is that they do provide compelling packages that I would have to consider before plopping down $40k or close to it for the Evo/STI, unlike say 10 years ago when our choices were very limited. In a lot of ways this is kind of a golden age for car people like us with so many more options in AWD/RWD turbocharged cars that have come out.
  15. I know of one CR member in Ohio running around with Texas plates.
  16. I was beginning to wonder with all of these cars coming out with turbos and with awd if the Evo and the STI are nearly as special as they used to be.
