I rent and no I do not have renters insurance The land lord wants to wait for every thing to dry befor he starts replacing stuff

Thanks for looking out but I have a 46" tv luckly i got it out about 5 min later it would have been floating

At this point I'm not even going to be picking anything is better than nothing

5:29 basement is cleaned now to replace 5 years of stuff

The story I keep hearing is that the housing development behind us has a run off in to a 6ft diameter pipe that is blocked with bars when the city fails to remove the the trash that builds up around the said pipe this is what happens According to others it hasn't done this in 10 yrs
