  1. 3 and out for houston
  2. Awesome. I look forward to the upcoming season.
  3. Hows the new owner seem? Going to be more of these events happening in the future?
  4. http://boston.barstoolsports.com/featured/reader-email-xavier-students-being-forced-to-go-to-mandatory-reflection-meetings-to-think-about-how-they-acted-in-crosstown-shootout-before-being-allowed-to-go-to-more-games/ Cliffs: Xavier students being forced to go to some reflection assembly because of their behavior at the crosstown shootout? Smells like bullshit to me
  5. Juicy, agreed 100%. Showed this to my nephew (who is a top 20 HS player in Ohio) and he said that stuff like this goes on all the time on the court unnoticed, maybe to not that level, but alot of cheap shots and terrible players who aren't coordinated at all.
  6. IDK, I'm thinking that kid has some problems. Seems Mommy and Daddy are loaded and he needs a good ass whoopin. I tried to find more info on it with no luck.
  7. I was just messin with ya bud, no need to get your panties in a bunch. I'm not built, just a fresh bottom end (bearings, rings, hone). Stock head, just milled, no aftermarket valve springs or valves, just drop in HKS cams. By all means, build and boost your car, and watch this garbage ass sheet metal fall apart around it. These chassis are really sketchy even for being as old as they are. The coupes are quite a bit lighter than the hatch's (mainly because the hatch is so heavy). I haven't been to the dyno yet with this setup, but the tune in my car is from a built motor I did for a customer with a 2871r, which is a slightly smaller charger by about 50whp worth of air flow. That particular car made 407 whp non SAE corrected (dyno dynamics numbers, add ~18% for dynojet numbers-Precision, Collettis, Dyno Brian and a few other shops use these). We use Jim's dyno dynamics portable dyno at Quick Rev which like I said reads lower, so if you wanted to compare numbers to numbers I guess that might be closer? I stuck with the SR because I know them very well, and their capable of making the kind of power I wanted on pump gas, for not a whole lot done, although a 4.8L crank and bored 6.0L block might arrive at my house someday in the near future, but it will not go in this chassis, or any other Nissan S chassis for that matter. I'm graduating with my BS in May and looking into applying to grad school also, so no major projects will be happening until then, except maybe a 4l60e behind the SR.
  8. Y u move to bigger engine and still make less powar? LOL I've contemplated going lsx or something along those lines but I've only got ~$3300 in the entire project and I really don't want to dump more money into something that has no re sale value.
  9. This is the kinda info I was looking for. Thanks! BTW, what gen/boost 16g were you running to make that much power? I had an evo3 big 16g on my car for a bit and loved it, would have been awesome for a compound setup with a 35r.
  10. I feel like you're beating a dead horse. We've already established that these times aren't going to be accurate within the tenth, that's fine.
  11. Well if that helps then here goes: Stock Rebuilt SR20DET Master Power to4e 60 trim @ ~22psi Greddy Intake Manifold 3" thick fluidyne intercooler 66# injectors w/ dual walbros and aeromotive regulator HKS 264 cams Nistune stock ecu rom tune (currently using a tune from another car we did with a 2871r that make 407 @ 18psi but will be on the dyno sometime this winter-expecting 410-440 whp) Full interrior 240sx coupe (~2500#) Will be on either 265/40/17s or some sort of 15" radial ACT stage 3+ clutch w/ 3000# PP and 6 puck ceramic disk Probably gonna launch off the 2 step once we get it working correctly Stock IRS lowered on sleeved springs Welded differential all delrin/solid custom subframe bushings boxed stock LCA Hope that helps
  12. I'm not changing my setup after this one. Just curious what I should expect out of it. I built the car to be a fun street toy to play around with and so far it's been just that for me, but I'd like to make it out to the track more often that I do. I see no harm in that. I wasn't asking for opinions as much as people with similar p/w ratios to chime in with some insight on the matter. I've had high 11's in my head with the manual, but I've been toying around with the idea of throwing a 4l60e behind the SR and buying a controller and doing that too. It's quite a bit of money and work to do so, so I'm trying to justify the swap.
  13. Trying to set a goal/benchmark doesn't seem useless to me, but to each his own.
  14. Nope, 119. Spun the majority of the 60' on some garbage ass 205s. No idea what power level it was at as we had just got the car running on megasquirt.
  15. I'd be satisfied with that. I'd like to dip into the 11s. I can't find a record for stock bottom end or any of that info online in the garbled junk of drift fresh garbage ass garbage of hella flush wheels and junk ass body kits
  16. I wouldn't doubt it honestly. I could push it across the line, or maybe tow it?
