  1. Not too long ago I tried out for ‘Who wants to be a racecar driver’. They have now posted the video on NHRA UnLeashed and on YouTube. What I am asking from the community is to just simply watch it and help increase the views. The more views that my video has the better chance I have a getting selected. However having the most views does not guarantee that I will be selected. If you wanted to go above and beyond you could rate the video and leave a comment. 2. Do you guys know of any installers around Central Ohio? I have found one with a Google search but was wondering if you had any first hand experience. I did a quick search on here and did not turn up anything.
  3. 2003 Cadillac CTS V6 100,000 miles Motor was removed thinking that the oil cooler had went bad but after new motor was installed we found out that it was a bad radiator core. So this motor has brand new coil packs, spark plugs, injectors, inner timing belt, valve cover gaskets, valve springs and a valve job. The heads were machined down 3 thousands. My sister changed the oil every 3K miles and did all the work her self just had some bad luck. Here are some pics of the motor, if u are interested in looking at it just reply to this post. I'm located about 2 mins from National Trail raceway. Asking $1,400 OBO http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00058-20100725-1836.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00055-20100725-1835.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00056-20100725-1835.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00057-20100725-1836.jpg
  4. 1993 Camaro Z28 No motor or tranny. Interior in decent shape, drivers seat ripped up. Both rear tires are good Yokahoma's. Exterior has normal nicks and one dent (pictured). No rust. Radiator and air conditioning condenser are still in the car. All it needs is a motor and tranny. Would make a great Drag Car. Looking for $1200, if interested please PM me and we can work some thing out. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00059-20100725-1920.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00060-20100725-1921.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00063-20100725-1922.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/IMG00064-20100725-1924.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/camaroi3.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/camaroi2.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/OrangeDot3083/camaroi4.jpg
  5. I have found one!!!!! Hahaha forgot the link. http://votersguide.dispatch.com/?sfr=1286395570845 Works very well I just used it last night. You can set all of the candidates for each election and do a side by side comparison. It list everything: age, marital status, education. Then goes on to ask each candidate questions so you can see where they stand on issues. What’s really nice is you can choose who you like mark it at the top and go to the next one. At the end of once you have made all of your selections you can print it out and take it with you. And from what I can tell the Dispatch doesnt try to sway you oneway or the other.
  6. Are there any marks or scratch's in it? Also is it the once piece or two piece?
  7. Right. I never saw why NHRA went and changed it or what their reasoning was behind it. However when they changed it I thought that all NHRA sectioned tracks had to change as well. I was incorrect with that thought process. Second thing I just noticed, Pacemakers time slips go out to four places after the decimal on reaction times?
  8. All ready? Wow I did not expect to see one of these threads on here this quickly.
  9. Congrats on the win, more impressively that light in the finals! So does Pacemakers sill use a 5 tenths tree and not the .000? Its been every bit of 10 years since I have been to that track. Hell last time I was there racing it was in a Jr. Dragster.
  10. Much like every one has already said I would go with the WRX. Have a second set of wheels and tires for that thing, one summer and one winter and it would be the perfect DD. With the right tires on it in the winter it will go like a tank. For the most part the WRX’s take go fast parts very well. An up-pipe, down-pipe combo with a tune will bring it to life. I know that the 04 and 05 WRX’s had a cat pre turbo but not 100% on any thing past that.
  11. I've never seen it before, not a bad idea to increase traffic to your website.
  12. Holy typo bat-man. My bad. That is now fixed!
  13. ^^^^ They already make a carmera for that and it is much easier to sallow. http://www.popsci.com/node/19963
  14. I spent the storm here at LCK watching all the ground support people trying to hold on to Cesena Caravans while the winds turned them about. That will teach the ground support guys to dump the hanger and not check the radar first.
  15. I did not know that and stand corrected.
  16. I would guess that he meant he would cover the cost AND pay you $20 for your troubles. I'm just guessing. Yeah like mudflap said I don't think they will just pass it out to anyone. Hell I have a military ID and could act like I'm your supervisor in uniform and I still don't think they would give it to me.
  17. The place's you can mount this thing with only a piece of tape. I am not even thinking dirty… yet. You could get video of a car launching from underneath to see if you have the suspension set up right. Mount it on the front bumper and see nothing but the sky on the lunch and shifting gears. When drag racing you could put it damn near any where and get a good shot. Yeah I will be picking one of these things up that is for sure.
  18. Here at LCK or Rickenbacker Air Field we only saw heavy rain for a brief moment now the sun is trying to poke out.
