  1. I'm sure there is some way to access the mechanics. To service it and what not. But if you have enough money to have that pool.... I highly doubt your worried about paying for it when it breaks.
  2. Yeah I don't understand either.. They have specific diagnosis techs. And regular mechanics. It's not like they're flat rate and no one else wants to get involved.
  3. Did u watch the whole video? It goes to 72" deep. I saw that today on break.com. Was pretty sweet.
  4. Maybe? I would MAKE them eat the cost of transfer.. I would say give me this car from this state. Or give me a full refund of my trade in / pay off my loan and im going somewhere else.
  5. Wow that blows. Maybe find a car at a carmax in another state and have them transfer it? So you can keep the loan and just swap cars? IDK, thats a shitty situation.. They should pay you for your time taking it back
  6. TTT, anyone else going to freeze?
  7. Wow, lol.. That sucks.. It sounds to me like whoever is working on it, needs to be fired. Im hoping with the steering wheel off like that you didnt take it home? I would have said you know what.. Give me my money back.. My dealership I had issues with my jeep I took it back once. I got 4 new tires, alignment, one new key, and a front hub and wheel bearing. They werent happy, but it was a CERTIFIED used car, 2011. I certify Toyotas at my dealership, so I know what goes into used car inspections and certifieds. I hope you get it fixed.. But I would have given up on them by now.. I wouldnt trust buying anything from them..
  8. I sold one just like it for 50$ on Craigslist. It went fast. Have you listed it yet?? Don't give it away for free. It's well worth 50$
  9. There are around 20 ammo cases in Columbus. I've seen numerous types of containers. FYI you can't just hide it in the woods and call it done. Whoever owns the property has to know what it is and why people are looking for it. So whoever property this cache was on. Should have known.
  10. Quality did that to my ram at their old shop. Took a month or so to get that smell out.
  11. Not sure, I've only known him to be at his current location. Which has been almost a year ago.
  12. Would be easier to look at in person. Maybe we can meet up this weekend. Does it do it every time?
  13. Most "friendly" shops will do that to keep you coming back. Sometimes you have to give to get a good customer to come back.
  14. I was always told if you bring it back a 3rd time they have to buy it back. So if your thinking at all that route don't pick it up unless it's fixed!
  15. It has nothing to do with being a nerd or having no life. It's about doing something for free and enjoying being outside. It's better than being inside playing video games all day.
  16. "Most of the time" a stuck caliper will cause a stiff pedal. And you can visually see or smell the brake issue. When have you had your fluid flushed or bled?
  17. X2. I have found maybe 25 ammo boxes in the woods. I bet their all bombs. I should call the police. :dumb: I still say the whole situation could have been avoided.
  18. What kind of car is it? I've seen wheel bearings go bad that will cause the piston to be pushed back in. And until you pump up the pedal enough it will be soft. Other option is to line lock each wheel and find out which caliper is causing the issue.
  19. Why not go to Chucky cheese instead?
  20. Toyotas labor rate is over 100. But dealer cost on parts is expensive. I can see it being a 1000$ job.
  21. Hmmmm. I am off this weekend. Well see what the weather looks like.
  22. Sell u mine. But your going to need more money :-)
  23. I would have liked to see a picture of that. There are numerous rules that go into hiding a cache. And even on ammo boxes they have a sticker saying what it is.
