I have it on my SC300 (way back in 1992), works great, almost never comes on unless im about to go sideways. Little button on the console turns it on/off, usually leave it off unless it's raining or slick.
-
Best on the list is Adriatico's, but not necc. my favorite. Tommy's used to be the slam, but there quality seems to be all over the place anymore (not to mention they're fawking expensive). When you get one "just right" they are hands down the best pizza in Columbus. Iacano's (Tommy's brother I think) is also right up there in my book as well as Rubinos in Bexley, both relatively fairly priced.

Agreed, I was thinking more along the lines of CFD being involved in investigations/incidents involving criminal activity (similar to CPD), which I guess the arson personnel would be but not everyone else on the force?
-
If you have your CCW you should be able to carry, thats bullshit. Maybe one of you can refresh my memory but didn't a CFD Firefighter have an incident with a concealed weapon while responding to a call or something?
-
I didn't say "the burbs" in general. I said westside be da bestside. Polaris = Northside. Yea we still have crime out here (mostly pill-fiend related issues) but for the most part Dublin/Hilliard/Columbus Police keep the felonious criminal population on lockdown. I mean even out on hilltop things don't get too crazy.
-
Yeah but when was the last time (since then) you heard of another break/burglary in/around your neighboorhood? Sure, crime happens everywhere, but some areas of Columbus are much worse then others. I know alot of guys on here live out East and probably won't like me saying this, but the closer you get to the East side the more and more brazen shit you start to see/deal with on a regular basis.
-
Doesn't Columbus forbid Firefighters from carrying firearms while on duty? Thought I read something in the paper about an issue with a couple guys packing while on the job.
-
I'd never live anywhere east of 71, or anywhere close to Cleveland ave period. Got a good fishing buddy who's a bit on the rough/ghetto/redneck side that has spent the better part of two years on/about the east side, the rampant crime he has to deal with is downright absurd. Westside be da bestside :fuckyeah:

Yea it's a really nice car, absolutely as clean as it looks. Fires right up no hesitation/stumbling, you punch it, it goes. Probably the best handling sedan I've ever driven (RWD BTW - alot of people don't realize this).
-
No, but he's mentioned there's another one sitting on Kenny and I believe he knows the guy who owns it. Yea I try and do all my auto photo-shoots down at Griggs, was driving around trying to find a place for a good shot and was like, "wait a minute here, I got an idea...". Just an FYI you're NOT allowed to park down there, or even drive down there, I got lucky, for some reason they (Row Team) temporarily removed the concrete barricades so I drove right on down. Every other time i've checked since then they have been back in place. Also if OSU / Pri$$y crew elite catch you down there I promise they're going to write down your plates and immediately call the cops, even though it's technically public property.

Listing this for an old professor of mine, car is legit, any/all problems are listed below. Craigslist price= $1797, he'll take $1500 firm. http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/3498262830.html http://images.craigslist.org/3Ic3Ld3M85N15Ec5Fbccc1e1a11858c5c111a.jpg 1993 Infiniti J30 3.0l V6 148k The Good: Paint is in excellent condition, as well as the interior (seats are beginning to crack a little but still in great shape)brand new tires & brakes. Engine purrs, Car Handles well (although there is a slight rattle coming from the right front) , overall a great daily driver. The Bad: Engine makes somewhat of a racket at idle due to a bad camshaft sprocket bushing - a common issue for these cars and seems to be benign, more annoying then anything else (doesn't seem to affect the engine/performance what so ever). None of the windows are 100% working, most will become problematic after a few days as the (window) motors are beginning to fail. Common problem for these cars, an easy $100 will solve the problem, Sunroof Motor is also on its way out. Occasionally the belts will squeal at startup and in the rain, although they don't seem to affect the engine nor the handling of the car whatsoever. The Speakers are also dead, however the aftermarket sony receiver works fine, buy some cheap speakers and your're good to go. Jim, 614 940 6681.

Buddy of mine has an Infinity he's looking to offload for $1500. http://columbus.craigslist.org/ctd/3473895948.html

Great read, bookmarked for the future. If you want to go the cheap route on foam you can use cheap mattress covers/liners from Walmart.

I'd like to know how he did it, All my fake oven-troll accounts are always sent straight into miserable mode :gabe: :fa:

Like I said "well maintained", still you could probably put money into it (MKIV) and still come out ahead a few years down the road when you go to sell it. No doubt the BRZ's are fun cars, just personally dont find them very attractive, especially when compared to a Twin-Turbo Supra that costs the same. Maybe once I see one lowered & aggressively stanced I'll take a liking to em, factory wheel gap is hideous.
-
Thing is you can buy a nicely equipped "well maintained" MKIV for about the cost of a new FRS/BRZ. Once the Turbo platform is released the prices of the NA's will drop; you'll see them everywhere, they will become "just another car on the road". Unlike the MKIV, which sticks out like a sore thumb basically anywhere in the country, and will continue to do so year after year. Guess which ones going to hold it's value...
-
Not trying to hate but as an avid MKIV/SC300 fan I find them borderline repulsive. They sport some lame "econobox" stance and have absolutely no ass when it comes to the rear end. I'll take a sexy, curvy MKIV Supra over a BRZ/FRS any day of the week.

Run DBAN - Great free program that pretty much guarantees all your windows issues will be corrected. Then buy a mac

This. No mention of a (windows .dll) on the innernets, or shit no mention of any .dll period is about as big of a red flag as you can get.
-
Google doesn't turn up a thing when searching for "aghci.dll" Combined with the fact the .dll in question is located (or was located) in Appdata/Roaming and i'd be a little concerned.

Definitely not, the fulton Garage is a cluster fuck. Take 3rd to East Rich st, take a right then park in that garage and enjoy the 5min walk.

Don't park at the lot closest to the courthouse, it's always slammed, park at the next one north (right next to Columbus Commons Park) and walk an extra block. What time are you scheduled to show up? 9:00am? Honestly no reason to worry about being on time IMO, everytime i've been down there (for misc traffic issues) and my paperwork said to be there @ 9:00 jack shit happened till about 9:45. Heck the second time I went down I didn't get there till 9:20 and was fine, people were still filling in behind me. Also dress in your best clothes, maybe even a suit. The prosecutor/judge/lawyers will show you an increased level of respect. Always lol @ people going to court in hoodies n shit http://forums.nicoclub.com/images/smilies/picard.gif
