VirtualDub /thread And unfortunately I dont think it's available for mac's, honestly I looked for freeware for them and couldn't find shit. (there's avidemux but I couldn't figure out how to use it). But for Windows freeware virtual dub cannot be beat. Look into some of the filter options, along with some of the filters you can import and whatnot, it's basically like photoshop for videos.

Im sure they already know. I have family that has been going there for almost 20 years now and employee theft has been an issue since forever. Old gig was for guys to rob the lockers while patrons were exercising and what not, I think a number of them (employees) actually ended up getting caught/prosecuted.

Honestly my passenger window did the same thing (when it was going down), increased resistance in the circuit can cause all kinds of issues; Increased resistance can come in all forms (bad switch, bad motor, bad wiring etc). About to take my final in Elec Systems Theory here in a few days...wish me luck. C-State, C.Cox and M.Mitchell FTW.

Not sure what the Autotrix method is but the first step should be to verify it is indeed the window motor and not the switch: http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95481 Just to clarify I took the "bad" window motor/regulator from the pass. side and hooked it up to the drivers side connector and it worked fine: turned out to be the switch that was bad.
