I used to have the exact wideband, now I have AEM. the AEM unit sucks in comparison IMO. Get it.

I've been through it, with a mild concussion it took me a good 4 days just to stand up and walk a straight line, and probably another week after that before I felt mostly normal again. It wouldn't hurt to speak with your doctor about it, but I wouldn't be super stressed about it at this point

Have you checked fuel pressure? Have you inspected both sides of the pads and rotors (inner and outer)? have you checked the wheel bearings?(not as likely to be the culprit but a possibility) Both issues sound easy enough to fix, but you'll need to do a bit more digging into the issues to pinpoint the cause.
