Good luck Brian. I remember your dad from way back when I first got into cars and I came to the shop and talked with him for a good while. My mom has 3 different types of cancer, too. This Christmas was special to me because she made it to it. Btw, this is Brad with the red ZX2 (I don't have it anymore). Good luck man.

Great looking bike man. Nice purchase on the Hyundai/Nissan combo. I bought a 2012 Accent as a DD and an 04 Titan LE for towing and house flipping. Love the Nissan, unfortunately I hate the Hyundai. What do you do at Honda? I work for a supplier in Canal Winchester.

A day before Christmas ...condolences to the family and friends of those that died. I just don't get why people do this kind of stuff. I will never understand it.

Man these weather men are idiots...saw on the news last night predicting 1-3"...we're lucky if we got .1-.3"...I guess there is still time.

I've been following this story pretty much all day, and it literally makes me sick. I am not a parent, but I can only imagine that the worst feeling in life is burying your own child. 10 days before Christmas. I hope this fucker rots in the most eternal pits of Hell. -

I responded to your email this morning brother...haha -
My sister is 100% disabled (Cerebral Palsy) and cannot walk. One time we went to Meijer to grocery shop and we had to wait over 30 minutes because there was no electric cart. Sure enough, when one of the people returned it was some giant fat lady that couldn't walk because she was too fat. Pathetic.

Small plastic component assemblies. We manufacture 17k different parts. You know this little bastard clips on your door panel we all break? We make 9k different types of those lol. This particular area is called 'critical parts' and is a pressure/static/temperature/clean room controlled environment where we make fuel components. For example, we mold and assemble the fuel pump canisters (plastic) for the Nissan Leaf, Altima, Honda Accord, etc. It's a pretty bad ass area. We have probably 80 people from Dublin because the company used to be in Hilliard. It's about a 35-40 minute drive. Our CFO and HR Director (my boss) are both in Dublin. -
Excellent build man, very clean. The welds on that exhaust are pretty sexy too.

Of course there is room to move up. In this particular position (it is actually the only position in the company) you do NOT move up after pay when hired on. The reason? We pay this group 'hire' rate ($11.84) as opposed to 'temp' rate ($11.22) because we want to attract better people. This is the most important and critical department in the company, manufacturing wise. The position maxes out (currently, it raises 2.5-3% per year) at around $15. I discourage people who already have a job, and that is only because sometimes you are expected to work overtime/weekends and it sometimes interferes with other jobs. -

I know Margaret, she is great and an incredibly hard worker. Definitely appreciate the job she does, it is boring and monotonous, but she does very well with it. Sully- Oh yes, I know Michelle well too. She recently left Nifco (April) after over 10 years. She is with a competitor. I have been invited to a few Michigan parties at her house but never went. -
Thanks guys. We called the guy we got it from and it is actually auxiliary. Apparently if you hold the "6" down on the 6 disc changer it switches to auxiliary. Weird, but it works. Thanks!

Hey all, My g/f just picked up an 05 Altima, fully loaded minus navigation. Where the navigation traditionally go (above the CD player unit) there is a cable coming out with a connector on the end. Obviously our first thought was auxiliary, but that isn't the case. There isn't even an option on the CD player to switch over to aux mode. There is also an "on/off" type switch in the same cubby. Anyone know what the hell this thing goes to? I looked online with no luck. Thanks, Brad http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/get-attachment.jpg

Typically banking industry for mortgage starts between 35-50k depending on experience, PLUS commission depending on your job. Very vague I know, but that is a general range. I know Key starts out at 40k+ commission for actual bankers.

Hey man...nothing part time just yet. We have talked about adding a part time staff to our warehouse on the weekends, but nothing through the week. Out of 600+ associates, we only have 1 PT person and she is our part time receptionist that retired. Thanks! Brad -
Hey everyone, Nifco America Corporation (http://www.nifcousa.com) has a good amount of assembly jobs open. The company is located in Canal Winchester, right off Diley Rd. and one exit past Gender/Brice Rd on RT 33. From downtown it is about a 15 minute drive. I have positions open for 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift is 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd shift is 2pm to 10:30pm. Pay is $11.84/hr for 1st shift and $12.34/hr for 2nd shift (.50 shift diff) To apply, please fill out an application at: 8015 Dove Parkway Canal Winchester, OH 43110 OR http://www.nifcousa.com On the application, please put that you were referred by columbusracing.com or Brad C. We are a $200M company that supplies plastic injection parts to Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Ford and GM. We have been around since 1987 with over 600 associates. The only kicker: You start your first 3-6 months as a temporary associate. Out of the 60 people I have hired in this department, 57 of them have been hired on. We have only let 3 go for performance. It is simply a 'try before you buy' type deal. If you show up to work and do a good job, you will get hired. Positions are available immediately. They are open due to an increase in business, NOT terminations. We have went from 365 associates on January 1st, 2012 to 602 as of December 1st, 2012. Once hired on, we offer $5,000 a year for tuition reimbursement, $8 a week for single medical/dental/vision insurance coverage (begins after 30 days), $.50 match up to 6% on 401k, car discounts, etc. We are the largest employer in Fairfield county. The job is 40 hours a week with bits of overtime here and there. Any questions, please let me know. All applicants must be able to pass a basic math/English test (at a 6 grade level) and a drug test/background test. No felons. Disclaimer: Not everyone that applies will get hired. Don't hate me if you don't, ha!

There are places on Craigslist you can check out. I know it isn't the best option in the world, but it's an option: http://columbus.craigslist.org/search/prk?query=car&srchType=A&minAsk=&maxAsk=

Automotive company before? We need someone with purchasing and customer service experience in an automotive supplier setting. Located in Canal Winchester.

I'll race you in a Ford Escort and put $500 down to your $100

Used this the other day, totally legit. Chipotle is probably losing their ass on this.

Don't know the addresses, there's a strip of about 6 in a row that went HUD. Mine went HUD and that's how I got it so cheap. Houses sell anywhere between 140-195k back there and I got mine for 100k. I think the ones that are HUD around me are in the low 90's.
-
So I just saw your price range. I am very confident in 2-3 houses in my neighborhood that you would love. Shoot me at text if you're interested in knowing the location.

They aren't top notch like Dublin or Olentangy, but they have DEFINITELY turned around in the past few years. They received a very good grade, just one below Hilliard City Schools. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a house around here again. I came from Hilliard, and I love the east side area (Canal & Pickerington & Groveport, stay away from Reynoldsburg). Depending on your budget, there is an MI development near "Waterloo St" in Canal that has amazing prices and is in a beautiful area.

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right location, but I can no longer post in "The Oven". I can't even view my thread for my introduction. I keep getting positive rep and the number of posts in the thread is going up, however I cannot view it. Anyone know why? Sorry if this is answered elsewhere.
