  1. I am willing to listen to anyone who can get me good deals, hah! Thanks everyone. We have an appointment next Tuesday to see the Crown Plaza in Dublin. That's looking like $30 per meal which would be in line with our budget. Laura and I will probably get married at the courthouse and all 5k will go towards the reception. She is on board with that. Thanks for all the help everyone! I have bee trying to get a hold of Tall Timbers with no luck, I'll give it another shot. That looks like an awesome option.
  2. Sucks because my future FIL is a doctor and professor at Ohio State. In Panama they don't help with the wedding, so guess who is carrying that tradition into the US? FML haha
  3. We looked there, seemed kind of pricy ($225 per hour plus an alcohol fee and you have to pay for your own vendor). Do you mind if I ask your guest count and ballpark price?
  4. Just checked that site out, looks like a pretty awesome place. Every phrase on their talks about budget. That's what I like to hear.
  5. Hey guys, I was recently engaged back in December and my Fiance and I are in the process of tracking down a venue. A few things...all of her family is still in Panama except her parents and 2 sisters, so we are only looking to have 60-80 people. I'd love to keep it right around 5k for reception/wedding. I think that is realistic with that few of people. I want the place to have the ability to have alcohol (aka, no state parks or anything) and I'd like that 5k to include alcohol. Not trying to be a cheap ass, it's just that my fiance and I agree that spending a crap load of money on a wedding isn't the smartest thing in the world. So, where has everyone else gotten married and what was the cost and how many people? Open to all ideas!
  6. You may want to start with a basic vendor's license. For example, I was selling so many car parts that I got a vendor's license and started paying sales tax on it. It was approximately $30 to file and I had it within a month. I then set up a Sole Proprietorship....cheap as well. This allows me to be write stuff off, keep track of my sales and I do have to pay sales tax twice a year (I think it's January and July) and ALSO claim this as income and pay tax on that. The good thing of course is the allowance of write offs now that it's legit. To file for a vendor's license, go to the Ohio Department of Commerce website.
  7. What other things are you looking for? I need a new set of irons.
  8. I have a feeling I fucked something up there...haha
  9. What type of business? I obtained a vendor's license to sell goods in the state of Ohio, and established a SP through my accountant. It all depends what you are looking to do. Build an empire or sell stuff from your house?
  10. I have a buddy who played in D1 college golf...he offered me lessons last week for $20 a lesson, haha. I didn't take him up on it, but if you want his advice, I'd be happy to connect you guys. He is damn good. I played with him once and I think that is why he offered me lessons, haha.
  11. As the other dude said...HIPAA (not HIPPA) only covers people's personal information, not disclosing whether or not someone is okay.
  12. In the market for an EBC. Anyone have one the aren't using? Prefer AEM, Greddy or HKS. Thanks, Brad
  13. Hey guys, I am picking up a set of "Kic's" lugs from a buddy but he can't find the Heptagon key for the lugs. Anyone have one laying around from a previous set that I can borrow for an hour or 2? I know I don't have a ton of posts here or anything, but Steve-O and a couple others I've done business with can vouch for me. I just need to break these things loose and then I'll bring it back. I bought one last night for $13, but it's going to take 7-10 days to ship. Wanted to get the new wheels mounted this weekend. Let me know! Thanks, Brad
  14. Can't wait for this season...God how I miss football. Should be a killer year and hard as hell to get tickets.
  15. I'd be interested in those well. Anyone, please text me at 6143092158. Much easier!
  16. I'm not making any remarks other than those I experienced. I'm 6', 175 and it was small. If it works for you, hell yeah man. I will say, I have not driven the turbo version. That will probably solve the slow problem.
  17. I traded in my 2012 Veloster after 43 days. Worst car I ever owned. Slow as shit, rickity and overpriced.
  18. Who are you? Lol Brittany wares car
  19. Couldn't believe I got a refund. I set back 7k to pay for capital gains for 2012 and I ended up getting back $2100. $9100 swing ftw. Time to buy a fun car.
  20. Sorry guys, what are your names and I can look for your application? I am making an offer on Monday to a CR guy for an engineering position. Business is still booming.

    Direct TV?

I've been with Insight for 4 years and just signed up for Direct TV yesterday, getting it installed Thursday. My good friend has it and loves it (of course he wanted the referral haha)...it sucks it is going up $20 after a year, but it's unbeatable as far as all the stuff you get. Insight Bill: $94 a month for Cable (1 DVR, basic cable in 3 rooms) and 10.0 Internet Direct TV Bill: $98 a month for Cable (4 DVR's in all rooms) and 12.0 Internet ($88 for the first 10 months, then referral goes away, then $118 on the 13th month when I lose the $20 credit). I'm pretty excited.
  22. Jesus...always something. Can't just have a day of good football. Sad
  23. Sounds to me like the OP still won...just not the 252k haha...man would that be awesome.
  24. Education on top if you are a new graduate (typically that is your greatest asset at that age) and at the bottom if it is not. I see 100's of resumes a week and probably half have a Summary of Qualifications...I love them because I don't have time to read it all and that usually helps.
