Great day for BC and LC today. Lol at Grant for Lol'ing at us.

Yeah, I have had to just limit myself to checking 1-2 times a day. The first day I bought it I probably checked 15-20 times, but since mine is still pending (through this Saturday), I can't do shit anyways. LC is doing great- I bought that at $144 (I kept saying "when it goes down to $125 I'll get it" and finally bit the bullet at $144 like a jackass. I'll hold that for a year. I think I am going to sell my BC as soon as it clears, regardless of price. I just don't trust it as much as LC.

This might be a dumb question, but do you know if the sway bars will fit an E90?

They have that in the US- it's delicious. Not sure I'd want to "spend" a meal there though. I eat it when I travel for work quite often.

The train prices and times are insane to anything other than Paris, and even to there, it's still $300 plus a person now round trip. It's looking more like we are going to site see for 2 days in downtown London, travel around the countryside for 2 days and go to a bed and breakfast, and come back and probably do more stuff in London. Where do you guys normally stay while there? Is Kensington good? That's where the majority of the AirBnB's are.

Thanks everyone, much appreciated. Austin- this is our first trip to Europe, but both of us have been out of the country a number of times (mostly to Mexico and Central America). I'm extremely lucky that this girl is seriously the second coming of Ferdinand Magellan. She can navigate a map like nothing I've ever seen, so a trip to the countryside with little to no plan outside of Stonehenge is 100% in the cards. We've gotten a lot of people who recommend the Eye, and of course the museums and libraries will be the first day or 2, as she's also a fucking nerd who's into that stuff. Like I said, we're considering taking a train to Barcelona, Germany, or now Paris, but since it's only a few weeks out it looks like tickets are expensive as hell. We are holding a day or so to book our AirBnB to see if we can get there a cheaper way, but they're like $250 a person right now, so that's out.

That makes me nauseous that I missed out on this lol. Congrats man.

Like it or not JP, if you would have invested when this thread was started, you would have doubled any returns and then some. I'm as skeptical as you, but I'm about to load 10k into my account and see where it goes. Even if I make 25%, that pays for my trip to London lol

Spending Christmas traveling to London (UK for the funny guys) and staying through New Years. Leaving out of Toronto so we'll be there Tuesday, Dec. 26th- Monday, Jan 1st. What do we HAVE to do while we're there? Restaurants, site seeing, etc. Obviously I'll do some research but the first hand CR experience has been amazing in the past. We have considered doing a day or 2 in Barcelona or Germany, but were totally open to recommendations. Where else would you stay or spend a day if you could?

Thanks man. It could also be used to pull permits, as the 3rd floor attic is more than suitable for a living space, but isn't currently permitted as such and would add a ton of value. I guess that's kind of where I want someone to say like "hey, you have 450 square feet up here, why don't you do X and X". Would that be more of an interior designer? Any chance you want some side work?

Haha I am considering getting that king on Amazon for $239. My queen was memory foam and I loved it, but when I upgraded to a king bed I downgraded to a pillowtop mattress. Those reviews are insane for a $239 mattress.

I am about to start a fairly intense rehab/flip project in Old Town East, and for the first time on any one of my projects, I'd like to hire an architect or someone who can make recommendations on the best utilization of the space. I don't really need blueprints, just someone who can use measurements to make recommendations. Anyone hired this kind of work out before?

I fucking choked on an almond when I read this LOL OP- I'm sure it'll be good to suit your needs. I just couldn't do without cruise or power windows. My mom had a Fiesta for awhile and it was slow as shit.
