  1. Anyone know what happened with the dude who stripped his? Did they end up taking it back? Last I saw they refused it.
  2. Bump, lots of good stuff left. Took a deposit on the hoist setup but it is still available because the guy is 2 hours away and I have to deliver, so there's a local buyer contingency built in. Make me an offer on the bed. I do not want to move it.
  3. That hurt my life just reading that. Holy shit man. The poor Toyota dealership that took it in :gabe:
  4. If you're a AAA member, go there. Did my honeymoon there and it was the easiest thing ever, and we got a great deal.
  5. I took shit from CR for getting rid of a family car (Ford Fusion) and getting a Cadillac ATS and lowering my payment $55 a month. Sometimes, you can't win.
  6. Hey Dave. I believe you'd have to add a lever, which shouldn't be too tough. This was the wrong bolt set up for mine (it came with the mower, but not FOR the mower) so I never bothered with it. I'd say this is easily a $200-300 plow (it's heavy as hell), so getting a lever installed is still a good deal. You're welcome to come take a look any time!
  7. Cart, router stuff, miter stand and grinder all sold.
  8. Trish- I'll shoot you a text! Clay- I'll send you a PM
  9. Hey everyone...sold my house and will be down sizing so looking to offload some stuff I no longer need. All prices are OBO and can be delivered if needed. I have very little emotional attachment to any of this stuff, so make me an offer. Moving in 28 days so need it gone. Feel free to PM or text me at 614-309-2158. 1) Car audio package- Kenmore CD player w/ remote and small amp. No idea if it works- if it doesn't, you get your money back. Asking $40 for both just to get it out of my garage. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7715_zpsepaznagm.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7716_zps1nr4eorb.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7717_zpsjzjbnynb.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7720_zpsz1khezdo.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7719_zpss00cpw8p.jpg 2) Assorted intercooler piping, a mix of 2.25" and 2.5" w/ some couplers. Don't really have an inventory, buy it all for $40. Most is brand new. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7708_zpsa8ix30dy.jpg 3) Auxiliary fan- I believe it's a 10". $25 http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7709_zpscvbl9ef8.jpg 4) 5 gallon gas cans- $8 each. 5 available, pick which ones. I use them for Giant Eagle fuel perks but have accumulated way too many. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7710_zpsoeziiymt.jpg 5) America Standard bathroom sinks w/ hardware & faucet. Was saving these for a rehab but never had to replace a sink. $25 each- these faucets were over $200 each. Just want them gone. The discoloration on the drain is just from sitting in my shed for 3 years. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7711_zps5bg0jezf.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/IMG_7712_zpsxteapaei.jpg 6) Miracle Gro Aero-Garden Herb Grower- this thing is seriously awesome, I grew the shit out of some herbs but they grew so quick I couldn't keep up. Could use the money more. Here is a link to Amazon, where they are $130. https://www.amazon.com/Miracle-Gro-AeroGarden-Classic-Gourmet-Herb/dp/B010NBJMLI Pics available if you need them, but I only did one cycle of herbs. You'll need to get pods so you can choose what you want to grow. Asking $75
  10. I disagree about the shutters- the actual fascia of the house is plain/not a ton of character, and I think the shutters help break it up. I'd paint them to whatever combo you plan to do, but I think they're a nice touch.
  11. Damn, that makes me sick that they did this to that poor thing. I get that stuff happens behind the scene, but seeing it makes it that much worse (think Ray Rice). I hope this dog didn't suffer any serious trauma and I hope those fucks are taken care of.
  12. Is this just a replacement for Alexa?

    "Smart" Home

I did a search on this and nothing truly relevant came up- figured there will be a lot of interest in this! Since I'm buying a new house, I figure it's a good time to start upgrading stuff to be "smart". I would like to power everything through Amazon Dots. Things I'm looking for: 1) Smart Thermostat- thinking EcoBee3 2) Smart lightbulbs- leaning towards Sylvania Lightify but open to discussion 3) Smart alarm system- leaning towards "Scout" because it's compatible with Alexa but it doesn't release until end of January so I'm sure there will be bugs to work out 4) Smart outlets- mainly like 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the living room and 1 in the master, so nothing too crazy What has everyone here done or read up on?
  14. I think bamboo would work great for your application. The biggest downside to bamboo is it isn't waterproof, thus basically eliminating it in rental properties (which is why I don't use it). It's hard as a mother fucker and can be refinished, so that's nice. It does scratch fairly easy though.
  15. Looking to go a different direction with my rental alarm systems. This unit is brand new in the box, never removed. I bought it on September 13th from Amazon for $279 with shipping and it is now $330 on Amazon. Looking to sell for $260 OBO. Here is the exact system: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PBYQHG/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  16. The house received 5 offers after being on the market 48 hours. I accepted the highest and best and it fell through (luckily for me I get to keep the $1,500 earnest money) and ended up going into contract with the next best offer, which was full price (the other was above list). Scheduled to close on both houses on 2/20! Absolutely man- shit, come over and have a beer and take measurements.
  17. That house would only be about 3k to reside. I'd just to do that- you'll re-fall in love with your house.
  18. My house went on the market today at 3pm and I've already got 4 showings scheduled for tonight. Christ this is crazy
  19. I've looked at 8-10 houses in the last week and they were all ranging around 200-250k. I'm getting a finished product, times 2. I can't think of a better situation! The downside of course- the houses are kind of small. I'm coming from a 4 bedroom, 1700 sq ft house in Hilliard, so this will be a change. My biggest concern is the lack of garage. I might actually build a small one car behind the blue house.
  20. I'll be in the blue one- the red one is rented, and unfortunately, they get the garage. Rest assured, that'll change at lease renewal time. Yeah man, they used to be giant pieces of shit. I think they only paid 28k for them, but I guarantee they have 150k-200k between the 2 rehabs. Everything in the house is perfect- windows, HVAC, roof- all updated. I have to do nothing. Worst case the market stays the same and I move in a few years and collect $3000 a month on an $1800 a month mortgage.
