not shocked. We took over the contract from my in-laws and had it switched to our name. They left out the part they had promo channels that you be charged after 6 months. After inquiring why our bill had gone up without notice, they had to launch an investigation as to if we were watching channels we knew nothing about. Switched to direct-tv next day.

living on base is fucking amazing in an officers family. Enlisted housing can either be decent or a complete and total shithole depending on the location.

Believe it or not, it would be our second family car. Our neon is cramped with 3 kids. So the wife will be 100% on board with a car that is safe and handles well.... I did look at the 2/3rz since they do bolt to the w58. The problem is that the dam things are heavy and the savings in weight wouldn't justify not throwing a 1uz/2j in there. Sooner or later I'm going to have to put to use my dismantled 1uz in my garage.

The reason why I am looking at the w58 is because the engine will likely be swapped into a cressida which is heavier and the w58 bolts in so making engine mounts will be cake for measuring. Also, the engine will definitely be boosted so I am doubtful the J160 could handle the weight in combo with boost. The mx83 has a 52/48 weight distribution and the car would be mainly for corners when I have the time since I already do have a mx32 cressida that is being setup for strait line fun. I'm realistically not looking to start the project till fall, but I may as well do some research.
