Guess I didn't update my last build thread frequently enough. Anywho, built shortblock, had a Vortech on it last year, now custom built 76mm turbo kit going on. AJE K member, MHS Stage 2 turbo cams, Turbonetics 76mm turbo .96 A/R, 80lb injectors, Turbosmart 40mm WG and 50mm Race port BOV, CG Fabrications forward facing turbo headers, custom hotside and cold side, 33x12x4" FMIC, etc. Some pics. Selling some MAC ceramic coated longtube headers for manual transmission'd 99-04 Mustang GT's They are showing signs of some surface rust, but its not going to affect performance. The EGR bung is welded shut on these. Also I have a matching shorty off road X pipe from Lethal Performance. $400 takes all of it.

I agree to an extent. In a good shaped new edge it would "kind of" ruin the car to some aspect. But nonetheless, the power output of an LSx is almost impossible to do for cheaper with a 4.6.

Friend just put a cammed LS1/T56 in his notch. He's been driving it a little breaking the new clutch and stuff in. It's going to be pretty nasty once he's able to rip on it. He's on this forum also.

If you're not going for too crazy of N/A power, I'd just get an MMR shortblock with an aluminum block. Tell them what you're going for like high compression N/A motor or whatever. Cheaper than an Aluminator and can get all the options you would want like mainstuds, side block bolts, stronger rod bolts, etc., etc. Then find yourself a used top end.

4.6 is a decently wider motor than the 5.0

I will be there also. They have limited dyno time so it will be a first come first serve basis.

HPS is a good pad. I have them on my Mustang with slotted rotors. They work awesome once they get hot (I.E highway braking). Not any difference in street driving. They do like to leave a little dust. I clean my rims at least every 3-4 days.

I don't think any GT rim came as a 17x9. But Cobras on the other hand I know are. DK, would you be willing to sell just the rims? If so, you can post or PM me a price.

Haha I know. I have stock 98 GT rims here at home that are 17x8, but I don't wanna put 275s on them even though they will fit. Too much sidewall sticking out for me
