  1. Was pretty good turnout. Had fun walking around with Clay and a few others, poking fun at all the various vehicles / people in attendance...
  2. I plan on being there about 9 with few folks looks like.
  3. Wonder how much the Viper will go for... https://www.manheim.com/publicauctions/vehicleDetail.do?auctionID=OAA&saleDate=20170418&saleYear=2017&saleNumber=16&sortKey=1&sortDirection=asc&consignor=REPO&index=36
  4. That looks awesome and sounds like you had a blast! Seeing the Grand Canyon in person is def on my list of places to go visit.
  5. He's ran my 12 F-150 on his dyno few years ago so I would imagine that yes, wouldn't be an issue. And I'm totally in to come check it out and sniff some exhaust fumes. :-)
  6. Good looking truck. Congrats on the new ride!
  7. Sounds like a good spot, just signed up.
  8. If Geeto can't get em, I'll take em. 4 year just got into legos recently. Just drop me a PM if they become available and thanks!
  9. I want to know where I can buy a small tank....
  10. I'd be down to just go and watch! Been a while since been to a dyno day and if we could get something from CR put together, that be sweet.
  11. A number of friends work at FedEx warehouse for same reason as what you are looking for but it's generally very early morning shifts, like 4 to 8 AM but pay is decent, better then retail by far. But also very physical work. May be worth looking into if can get on there.
  12. I've used Lizard Skins off 5th Ave before and they did an awesome job. http://www.lizardskinz.com/
  13. /\/\ lol That's about the extent of my knowledge as well.
  14. Welcome to CR! That's gotta be a fun truck to drive for sure. How much RWHP are you making on setup like that?
  15. Nice, you will have a blast when there! I did it a few years ago and it was only about $25 euro a lap which was surprisingly cheap. Just bear in mind if you take the "english" guided tour of the ring, that entails the guide giving you a headset to listen too in english while she walks around with rest of the group and speaks in German the whole time. Still worth it though as you get to see all the different area's of the track you wouldn't be able to see otherwise.
  16. A good way to start is read Greg Banish tuning book. It's def not a step by step guide or anything like that but gives a good idea of different things that goes into tuning and a solid knowledge basis to start to build from. Plus it's cheap. :-) https://www.amazon.com/Engine-Management-Advanced-Greg-Banish/dp/1932494421
  17. Anybody considering getting their CCW, I highly recommend going through the class with Mojoe. I just attended his class yesterday with 3 folks from my family with some of us with very limited gun experience ( myself ) to my father in law, who has been shooting for 30 plus years and we all enjoyed it and learned quite a bit, both in classroom and out on the range itself with the 1 on 1 shooting instruction that we all received with Joe. If I can pass the written and shooting part with my limited experience, then just about anybody who attends and actually pays attention in class, should be able to get by just fine, mostly in part to Joe's thorough and detailed instruction. Thanks again Joe!
  18. Subbed for info. :-) This sounds interesting and fun! Post up some pics once have done a few jobs.
  19. It's a big forum so as with any large forum, will always have the few morons but overall it's a good place. Been on it for years now. http://www.f150forum.com/
  20. Picked up a PS4, extra controller and 8 games for $400. Was pretty happy with that. Time to upgrade from the ole PS3.
  21. Yeah this one hit me hard. Was just walking around and hanging out with him at C and C yesterday and left about 15 mins before he did.... Just like Clay said "While you're at it, tell a friend/family member how much you love and appreciate them. Tough reminder how precious and fragile life is" Get so caught up in the day to day of life / activity sometimes that need to stop occasionally and just appreciate it. Tell your family you love em, SHOW them you love em, tackle that work project always needing more work later and take your kid to the park or something... That's what Im doing today.
  22. Going to get a wooden 6 foot privacy fence built around my backyard sometime in next month or two and wanted to get any CR recommendations on somebody local they have used and were pleased with, both in terms of price and service. Called one or two places so far but wanted to make sure all options were covered, esp when considering how much a decent looking privacy wood fence costs. :fuuuu: Appreciate it! Franchi
