  4. Yes I am working on a few things now. The problem is they say it is totalled, but the value there offering me.
  5. Ok got my car inspected today by Progressive service center. They said the estimate was for much as the car was worth so its totalled. My only problem they took the price of 3 cars in the area to come up with the value. The first thing was they were not comparing all the same models. My car is the top of line model. Also, I dont think 3 cars is good cross section/average. Is there anything I can do about this? Can I challenge this etc? Additionally they said my only options were take there buy out or salvage it. I asked if I got a lesser estimate could they just pay it out etc so would havent to deal with salvage title et.
  6. The cheaper the better but want something decently reliable. Anybody have anything on here? Or know of anything elsewhere? Please post thinks etc. TIA

  12. I am sorry I left the insurance part out. It has full coverage I am trying to find out the details before I put a claim in.
  13. I have a older car that I wrecked. It is still drivable but cosmetically looks like shit. I am guessing by its age it would be considered total. Who has bought there car back after it is considered a loss? What is the processes? How much do they normally charge for the vehicle? IE how do they calculate buy back costs? Also, to get it re titled does it be pretty or just functioning lights etc? How involved is the salvaged inspection? Where do you go? Costs etc? TIA
  14. Depends on the area there is only a few areas where there is more then one cable provider due to economic reasons
