if the bracket the caliper bolts to is removable with the caliper on it, it may be easier to take the whole thing off and put it in a bench vise, at least that way you would be able to get a giant cheater pipe or something on it and have the room to turn it

you guys don't have cb radios in the trucks, I'm just curious, although they are only good for a couple miles

if your concerned its the alarm then pull the fuse for it, it is a possibility if it was not professionally installed (who are we kidding, just if it were improperly installed as we know even pros mess up sometimes lol) that a wire came loose somewhere or something and is just shorting enough to drain the battery or something along those lines. anywho pulling the fuse for the alarm should eliminate that possibility

go the cheap route, sell your car, find a clean shell for a light car (ie fb or fc rx7) buy the ls motor and tranny and go fast on the cheap

its a dc motor, positive on one side and negative on the other will make it go one way, switching polarity on the wires will make it go the other, try getting some junk yard switches, maybe that's the issue if it isn't reversing the contacts in the switch properly

are you sure the motor isnt sticking, my wife had a 97 mountaineer and if the window stuck on it now and then all you would have to do is give the door panel a couple good hits where the motor is and the window would go, just a thought
