You dont need a permit to open carry. By law, you do not have to produce anything unless you're involved in a crime, witness a crime...etc. If it was me, id just give him my CHL and go about my day, i have nothing to hide. To others, it's about principle, but i never understood that

Black labs are awesome. Even if you got suckered in...it's a good dog to have. We had a black lab when I was young, he was so awesome. We have a chocolate and yellow lab now....playful pets
