  1. Depends. I mean if it has a metal quick disconnect you're golden...but if not them you might need to see if OE has any parts... I know Kracher has their own foam gun for their electrics
  2. Everywhere ive been...they have had a couple in stock. Im pretty certain they fit all gas pressure washers. Electric ones they will not. Thanks man, much appreciated
  3. Awesome Job! The color deserves to be perfect...it's a wonderful color to achieve that reflection
  4. Review: Green Earth G-Foam Blaster. I wanted a foam gun that would work with my pressure washer and provide enough foam that could cling to the car to pre-soak. Before I used the detergent hose that was attached to the pressure washer and that didn't do much at all. After searching the internet, I found that all the foam guns I wanted were out of my price-range...or required a standard hose. Until I searched autogeek.net forums and found a cheap alternative: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=202184733&R=202184733 It's only $20, so I figured I would give it a shot. This device is a simple quick disconnect that attaches to the end of your pressure washer wand...similar to what you do with other attachments. I use 2oz of my favorite shampoo and put it into the the container: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-26-35_119.jpg?t=1333909426 I then carefully add hot water to fill the rest of the container, putting a ton of water in at once will foam it up...which isn't too good: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-29-57_405.jpg?t=1333909390 Then screw it to the rest of the device: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-30-17_690.jpg?t=1333909357 Going outside, and attach it to your wand...a simple quick disconnect makes life easy: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-31-53_349.jpg?t=1333909319 Turn on your pressure washer and let there be foam! I found out that shaking the container prior will help mix the soap up, and pre-foam: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-32-26_682.jpg?t=1333909263 The main purpose of this is to let the soap soak into dirt, helping it release and prevent swirls. The only problem with this foam gun is that it eats through the soap pretty quickly. There is a adjustable valve to control the soap release...but that doesn't release as much soap and it runs more than desired. It's plenty to do the whole car about twice...but if you don't like using alot of soap...this isn't for you. A couple minutes of soaking: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-34-14_42.jpg?t=1333909213 Then simply keep the car wet while working around with your 2 buckets and you're done! http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g135/1nFeCt1oN/2012-04-08_13-50-17_805.jpg?t=1333909140 For $20, it something that makes my life alot easier to wash my car and prevent swirls. I would want more foam, but I can't complain. It does eat through soap, so use at your discretion. Thanks for reading!
  5. :megusta: Masterson pitched a hell of a game. Perez can't close...was throwing 91 fastballs in the 9th. It was batting practice.
  6. Do you know what film they use? Just wondering... Film rolls are usually in 50%, 35%, 20%, 5%. When you go into ceramic, they go 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%. I have 30% Madico Advance Ceramic on mine BTW. Anyways, if you said 30%, you probably got 30% when everything is said and done. OEM windows contain minimal tint, so when you put any tint onto a window..it will always read lower than what is on there. For example, on my past car (325xi) I had 35% put on and it metered in at 32%. This car, I have 30% put on and I just metered it today when I was doing my clear-bra and it metered at 26%. When I worked tinting windows...it was a big no-no to touch anything in the car. We usually told whoever that was bringing the car to take everything loose out with them. Usually makes life easy when you're crawling in the back for rear windows (or in your case trunk).

  16. It really takes time to get the shots right. It took me a long time for it to appear right. This is when I had my kit-lens still, you can check out the EXIF info and see that I was at 1/1250 and f/5.6 http://farm7.staticflickr.com/6228/6220022603_1412c12b2e_b.jpg DSC_0291 by M0nk3yy31, on Flickr And panning shots with kit lens VERY possible, just takes practice.
