I almost bought a truck from Carvana last year.

I believe OBC is a dealer-only part. About the brake light switch, if it's the simple one (electrical contacts instead of a Hall-effect), it could be "revived" by cleaning the contacts (add a very small amount of dielectric grease to the contacts after cleaning). The switch type that's likely to fail is the 2-pin type.

If I still had my trailer, I would have jumped on this.

That looks like the truck driver had carelessly opened the door and let it fly open hitting the Corvette. The damage appearance can be minimized but the lost of paint will require more work. It's unfortunate that the truck driver didn't leave a note which is, also unfortunately, not a surprise behavior nowadays. It really depends on you how the damage should be treated. If minimizing it is enough, then insurance needs not involved. Repairing/painting the door panel and mirror will cost hundreds of dollar but might be less than deductible and if you're concerned about records then it might show up.
