no upside to pulling permit-particularly when they can't see the work. Odds of it ever being tracked down are minimal. county appaisers don't go in your house

if you hire someone, make sure they pull a permit...if you do it yourself-I would never pull one.

i have seen them under 70k...early R8 heading down too. Aston Martin Vantage-really many Aston can be bought reasonably. GTR under 50k. How many headaches do you want?
