The City of Columbus has many distinctions about permits...painting a house doens't require one...new windows does...Water heaters do...eventually, we will be like Cleveland and unable to sell a house without EVERYTHING being up to code...this generates a lot of income for the city with inspections and permits.

Does anyone have a contact with a company that repairs leather? The leather on my steering wheel is split. Considered getting a wrap/cover, but prefer it to look good. Replacement is too expensive and used ones are risky due to the electronic controls. Thank you

you can get ridiculous deals on used AMG and Mercedes in general...Go to the MB forums and check out issues...I love the cls amg cars...scare me to death with maintenance and issues. The v10 M5s are amazing too, but the smg will cost you 10k when it blows...you can get those in the 20s...very complicated electronics on all the high end MB and Bmw

there was one in Granville a couple of months ago for 8000. Couple of small dings, and a needed dash recovered and seats were dried out...ac was out of it...decent car.

911SC is pretty bullet proof...had one for 3 years and no issues at all as a dd. Price seems a bit high. I'd bet it is pretty rough in person. Probabably can't get hurt around 12k. Put some money in it and make a profit.

ride is stiff....drove mine for 18 months..if you have driven a care with stiff coil overs you will feel at home. Much stiffer than the m3. Car eats front tires due to camber and rear tires due to power. Rotors are crazy if you use factory parts. Oil changes were 60 at the dealer for full synthetic. Good new is nothing breaks. Just change the oil, tires, and watch the rotors and pads. Amazing car...averaged 21mpg and up to 31 on the highway...

2006 gs430 is a great car...terrible in snow... IsF-one of my favs ever. Likely get another sometime.

anyone tried straight talk? sprint sucks for sure, but the 4g in parts of Cols is decent...pulls 12-16mbps. I am ready to bail for a mtm no contract plan-there will be lots of new options in the next few years...

Dunlop wintersports are phenomenal and have a decently stiff sidewall...I just got a set of Dunlop Wintermaxx on a 1990 Miata...seem gpod so far but much softer sidewalls than wintersports...
