  1. I don't think the new NSX design warrants iconic status the new Ford GT will likely reach. The design of that car is unique with the open flying buttress design at the rear.

  4. Zillow and Trulia are merging...Realtor.com is hurting...HER has a great search engine on their website which encompasses 11 MLS systems in OH...
  5. Use a Realtor to get the most up to date listings...Zillow and Trulia, and Realtor.com are typically 7-10 day behind...many homes show up as active and are in contract.     Heard a lot of complaints about the first episode...just had to establish characters and his past. Loved it. Both episodes were great. I think the parking sticker was a bit overplayed...
  7. There are more people like him out there than you know...the media focuses on the negative and sensational and the Kardashians...many good Americans who work hard and get no credit. We hear about the minority who commit crimes, or act stupid. I had a worker a few years ago who walked 4 miles each way to a job paying 7.75 an hour. She would occasionally get a ride. Trying to support her daughter. There are many people who really want to work and contribute. I know I do.

  13. The auditor site is typically not close to actual values. They do not assess homes every year. And base value, largely, on the last sale. Thankfully, the value is usually low which is reflected in lower taxes.

    agreed...I expected much more from this special...more about southern OH, and 33. There have been many heroin ODs with high school kids at suburban schools in the past few years. Amazingly, they never get media attention. It is a real problem.

    I agree about the channel, but almost all of the people with guns, whether in Mexico or Columbus had revolvers? And a sawed of rifle? My buddies on the police force would tell you gangs and dealers have some serious fire power.
  16. The online sites are full of misinformation and estimates. Many of the homes listed as for sale or sold or 8 contract. I've been a Realtor for over 20 years and a Broker for 15. Happy to help anyone on CR and give you discounts.
  17. The online sites are not accurate. Usually base pricing on county tax records which do not reflect market value.

  20. It is an emotional purchase like a car...You will feel it if it is right. People try to be analytical but it is almost always emotions that make the purchase. Best advice is to be have an approved loan in hand when making an offer; at least be pre-approved. If the house is right, you will know it. I represent buyers in addition to listing homes if you need help. I will tell you upfront if the house is a good deal
  21. Most of my clients look at fewer than 10. We narrow it down with online pics and videos. School system typically narrows down the search along with features and price. There are some good deals out there, but they are getting harder to find. The banks are holding onto the REO homes right now.
