What if he would've cleared traffic on the other side? What if he would've fish-tailed in the median and never go to the other side? What if...... Point is, if the metal posts were closer together and the wires crossed instead of went straight, it would be a lot safer for all, not just cages (with roofs I guess in the case).

It was said he was holding the BB gun in one hand and a cell phone in the other. Apparently that looked to the caller like he was loading it. I can't wait for the videos to be released. That will resolve (hopefully) everything.
