  1. A buddy of mine is the guy who runs it, but I've never been. I always talk about it, but never make it. I'd be game for getting some folks from here to go.
  2. Starts at $5/mo for a way better environment than the shared hosting plans. Dedicated CPU and memory instead of shared, and on SSD disks.
  3. http://www.9news.com.au/world/2014/07/16/04/48/giant-hole-appears-at-world-end Wow. That's kinda cool and creepy.
  4. The dealership or the car? The dealership is at Easton right by the theater, where McDonald's used to be.
  5. I'm testing out a new hosting company, Digital Ocean. I'm evaluating whether to start using them for our hosting or not. You may notice their banner in the rotation up top. This links to our referral link. If you sign up with them and deploy, once you reach $25 in billing we will receive a credit for $25. If you tinker with anything requiring servers, they are cheap and fast. It could be a way for you to help us cover the costs of the hosting. For a little background, when I started Ohio Riders, I started it on GoDaddy shared hosting plan. We quickly outgrew it. Since then, I've battled different hosting companies, virtual servers, dedicated servers, colocations, etc. All ended up with extended periods of downtime. A while back I moved everything in house, literally. It's hosted in my basement currently. Well, if all goes well, I'm finishing my basement soon and don't plan on having loud ass servers running down there while I try to work in my new home office. I deploy high-availability database/website solutions for a living, so I figured what better time than now to start moving Ohio Riders in that direction. So that's what I'm starting to look at doing. 8. Touché. I think I've done 600 miles this year. I think that was one trip.
  9. Winners are mojocho, redkow97, BMMW, and aforest4. PMs incoming to you four with details. We'll have more stuff to give away soon.
  10. Thanks to Stephen at Mid Ohio School, I have these to give away. Races are this upcoming weekend. Post in this thread if you're interested. I'll pick a winner tomorrow morning. Note: The winner will likely have to come get the tickets from me in Pickerington since the races are so close. Don't want to risk mailing them.
  11. With some cash and I could be interested, but then who would I ride it with?
  12. Is this even possible? Can the human skull handle that much force, assuming it's a real motorcycle of course?
  13. I had a difficult time deciding whether to sell it, or keep it for myself and sell mine.
  14. http://ohioriders.net/index.php?/topic/104897-2008-honda-cbr600rr-graffiti/ First I'll start with saying Carie isn't done riding for good. She has only ridden a handful of times since mini me was born, and it just doesn't make sense to have this sitting in the garage wasting away. It's mint. No scratches. Nothing. The only possible issue is the headlight brights switch may have a short. I have a new one in a box that I haven't put on. It could just need some contact cleaner sprayed in it. The only aftermarket parts on the bike are flush-mount front turn signals, rear spools, and battery tender plug. I have an under tail for it if the buyer wants it. With Carie riding so little, I never bothered putting it on. It will have a new battery for the buyer as well. It push starts, but the battery just doesn't hold enough juice to turn it over. The chain is freshly cleaned and lubed, and it's last oil change was around 20 miles ago. Now for the kicker. This bike only has 2,783 miles. That's not a typo. Around 1,000 of those miles were put on by me, the rest Carie. Additional bonus; almost a full tank of gas. We're mostly looking to sell it, but might be interested in trades (or partial trades). The only ones in the area aren't nearly as nice and asking $6500-7500. We're going to start in the middle, $7000 obo.
  15. Price for the 2012 Daytona 675R please.
  16. Yes, they are actually. Deal with it.
  17. It's still for sale. The buyer never came through.
  18. Pretty much exactly why we (Carie and I) stopped going. Plus, it was taking hours to get a seat and eat. I would love to get another ride and eat going. I just don't have the time right now. :/
