Wife was pulled over for no front plate on Friday, she told the officer the plate is in our POD at the warehouse because we moved and we cannot get it until August when we move into our house. He says OK I'll give you a warning, then he asked "is your address on your license current?" She said "no, I just told you we moved 2 weeks ago and will again in August." LOL I see what he was doing there.

Truth, especially right now, I hope I never see interest rates this low ever again in my life, if we do it means the economy is in the shitter again. Right now people have the ability to afford more than ever and people should take advantage. Stats I saw on the today show from the lady that is on "Shark Tank" and has a huge real estate background: A loan payment today for a house at 3.8% intrest is $1000 the exact same loan payment at 5% intrest is $1207. I have been told at the beginning of next year "the fed" plans to raise rates as it's believed the real estate market hit rock bottom 2 months ago and is showing signs of recovery. We took advantage of this time and are going to be locking in a 3.8-4% interest rate fixed for 30 years soon. As we are approaching our 90 day mark until the house will be complete. If you want to build a house and have this low of rate you will have to start with a builder this month, in order to have the house done before next year. We started our house in mid February. It's been tough, but our house sold offically Friday, and we are now in an apartment with a 3 month lease left and will move in to our new house in August-September.

If you read how bad the house market is, it's twice as bad for the condo market.

It's all about what you want, if you are concerned with resale, only a car person is going to like a detached garage, others just want 2-3 cars connected and has an entry into the house. We ran into this in selling our house, our 2 car was attached but did not enter into the house, it had a door on the porch. The fact that the garage was attached but didn't open into the house directly was complained about with more than half of the people when they left feedback. (every showing leaves feedback) we had 32 showings. In this day, I would never buy a house with a 1 car, it's becoming more common with new builds that 3 car is almost expected.

I agree, that is the only thing I told him I didn't like. It comes with 215/65 tires, they are way too skinny for the car and too tall. It needs bigger wider rims and lower profile, wider tire.

I just drove it, and man for the v6 I must say, damn it can be pretty quick. Don't know about the electric steering, I see it's adjustable though. Surprised me, it's a cool car. I love verts.
