FINALLY upgraded myself to an Android smart phone. So far, so awesome. So, like an old man who's never seen a PC, help me understand which apps (free hopefully) will make me enjoy my new found technology. :fuckyeah:

I was happy at my schools, from K thru 12. Looking back now, I can see they were old brick shitholes. Hell, "expanding" was trailering in "learning annexes" behind the school to make more rooms. These were short, single-wide trailers. And, we were fine. The "library" was stuffed onto the tiny gym stage, that doubled as tutoring rooms, that tripled as lunch overflow seating, that quadrupled as a band room. And, we were fine. *Some* of the school campuses are ridiculous. My son will start Kindergarten next year. The school reminds me a lot of the first one I was in. I am fine with it. It's the people doing the teaching and kids doing the learning that matter.

So, it is time for an upgrade. I am looking to go smart phone this time, but I live in the boonies, and I have yet to find a carrier and/or cell phone maker that I can get decent service through. I drop maybe 3 or 4 out of every 10 calls. I know I can get an extender, but... So, the question is for those of you that sell or use different phones on Verizon... is there an appreciable difference between HTC vs Samsumg, vs Maker X? Looks like I am eligible for a lot of cool phones for free or next to free. Looking for advice. Thanks
