I would say the dealer is not prepping the part right. Though I have seen very commonly that that area of paint gets so hot that it does that. I have a mustang in my shop right now, that is doing exactly that. Its gotta be from the heat. As for your spray paint question, it means allow 7 days to cure before adding a top coat. Once its dried its okay to use it. I would have to say it will cure in these tempuratures at a faster rate then 7 days. I have some viper blue I believe in the shop right now if its painted to match. I would be willing to give it a shot for you.

Went to buckeye lake a few weeks ago and this past weekend. Didnt like it when I went the first time, and still dont like it. Its choppy as hell. If there are more then 10 boats on the water it makes it that way. Average depth was 4-5 feet. There was a few spots that came up on the depth finder that were 10 feet. Not my cup of tea. Back to the muskingum for me.

Flex Additive evaporates after 72 hours. Its to aid in the installation of a fresh part. Its a gimmic to those that get sucked into buying it. A lot of shops bill for it but dont use it. Extra few dollars in their pockets. I dont use it. Used to, until I was further educated on it. I can get you cumberland products for a fairly good price. They are a munufacturer for many different companies. Good product, can be intermixed with PPG or any other paint. Ive use it on all the dealer cars I do because it cost less but is still great quality.

The bank will probably side with the business unfortunatally. If you get the product they have the right to get payed. Sucks because Ive never heard of this before out of them.
