I would be asking for 500 from the seller. If I sold your car for you, you could give me a cut. But if I had a friend with a car and I got it sold for you, I wouldnt ask the buyer for 500 because I got you the car.

Thats nothing. A friend of mine had a guardrail come through the firewall, out the back of his truck and then out the bedside. I also know of one who lost there life to a guardrail, same thing. Sucks. Lucky he's alive.

As I read this whole thread I was going to throw in it sounds to me like you guys both had the same insurance company. Until you said it. Ive delt with this before its a pain. Sounds like you got it taken care of.

I think its a great idea. It would probably clean that area up some. The city has had plans to do a major clean up of run down areas. In the next year they will be buying a good portion of west broad.
