Here is my two cents. Most of us work. Most of us can also use the internet while at work and some of us do. The simple fact is that, while the signatures may not be offensive to you and I (and honestly, they aren't - I had great enjoyment looking at the three test sigs you had and the current one), they are to some people. If we want to reduce traffic here, then by all means, lets have NWS signatures and avatars. That way no one will be on here from 8am-6 or 7pm. This also means that unscheduled rides are going to be more difficult to coordinate since the people who work (once again, most of us), won't be able to check the board until we get home. I am not busting on anyone in particular, and all of this becomes a non-issue if we have the ability to turn off sigs and avatars. I do this on CR.com because I know some of the guys have some stuff that is rather risque'. I'm not trying to turn this into Disneyland, but consideration for other people is important.

Which one is an issue for you...? I'll see to it that it's taken care of. Last thing we want is anyone in trouble.. Mine, too much? Yours is...borderline. Pretty much anything with people in little or no clothing, underwear, etc. I can't find the one, but they had about 3 gifs in their sig earlier. Your avatar is probably too much. They don't bother me but you know how the PC/NAG woman crowd at these companies are nowadays. Probably the easiest way to determine it is ask yourself 'Would I make this my wallpaper for everyone at work to see?'
