I'm looking at a mustang in Kentucky that does not have catalytic convertors. Does anyone know if the inspection process to get car titled check for catalytic convertors? What does the inspection check for? Thanks, Larry

I'm looking for a convertible, preferably fox mustang, but I am interested in hearing what is available because there are many cars I am unaware of that might be cool as 'verts. Anyway, my requirements are it has to seat 4 people, it has to be ready to drive now (some things wrong are ok, like needing new brakes, but nothing that simply will not run fairly reliably), and cheap (as in 3K or less). Let me know what you've got.

Although I understand that this game isn't that big (hence the decision), I wonder did the same thing happen to USC when they played their patsies for the last 3 seasons or did they still have local coverage. I hate ESPN. It's unfortunate they got the rights to Monday night football and not Fox or CBS, or I'd probably never watch that channel.

Forgot that the 93s went with case pistons. Maybe the pistons are better than what was in the modulars that followed - those pistons were kind of crappy.

Scott - I might need that. I've been on turbofords, but figured I would ask the local people to see what they know. Since I am turbo illiterate, how much is generally need to upgrade a turbo on something like a 86 Turbocoupe? Tuning required, etc, or is it just plug and play (provided the housings all match up and you aren't going crazy with the boost)?

I'm looking at an 86 TBird Supercoupe that has a turbo with a bad seal. The guy has a spare turbo (T3, I believe it is) but it needs to be rebuilt. How much does a turbo cost to rebuild? Anyone local have a good turbo on hand I could buy for not much? I need the car as a daily driver, but also wanted something I could mod and have a little fun with.

More info on the surround system please. What kind of inputs/how many, what power rating, etc? Or a model number and I can look it up. Where are you located?
