  1. I would have done the same thing. 1:30 ain't shit to some people, but us adults (especially those of us with kids), tend to go to bed earlier than most because we're up at 6 or 7 am the next (yes, even on the weekends). The weekends are the only time I have to catch up on the sleep. Yeah, you could have knocked on the door, but you don't know who is there and what exactly is going on. And...if they were dumb enough to break the law AND annoy the neighbors in the process they deserved what they got. Maybe next time they'll be a little more discrete.
  2. Ben, I must be 'fucking retarded'. This is what I get when I click your pic: http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/VERBOTEN!.JPG Doesn't look like it's just me...
  3. It was me... just kidding although I was up at QS&L last night by myself.
  4. I just got back from a couple hours around the city. Better than nothing and at least I wasn't sweating to death.

It sucks. A. Lot. My wife got it somewhat and she says it was painful.
  6. That's what I was thinking - weather isn't looking good. 4 nice days this week and the 3 shitty ones are on the weekend and QS&L night. WTF? I hate Ohio.
  7. OMG I'm dying! 'leeeeeerrrrrooooyyyyyy' How much Vicodin do you have left?

  9. I don't know what the top speed on them are, but they will out-accelerate most cars slower than an 03 Cobra. I want to say they top out around 120-130.
  10. Wah wah wah - you have to go through Lancaster anyway! (j/k) Jegs at 11th sounds good also. 1pm then? Have a route planned or shall we discuss when we get there?
  11. I have an Eddie Bauer Edition double stroller for sale. Our kids are too big to use it. Very nice even for one child because all of the extra stuff you can put in it for those trips to the zoo or wherever. Anyone who has a kid knows what I'm talking about. $50 OBO. Pics: http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/stroller/front.jpg http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/stroller/three_quarter.jpg http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/stroller/left.jpg I also have a black and silver AFX X-15R. I purchased this off ebay (used) for running at the strip, but, since I have my bike helmets now, I don't need it. It is a size Large (which is two sizes to big for me anyhow). I have never dropped it and it does not look like it has ever been dropped, although there are some scuff marks on it where it looks like it has been scuffed against something as it was carried. 1) removable liner (wife washed it when I got it so it smells nice now smile.gif 2) Removable face sheild 3) Has the carrying bag (the flimsy ones that most helmets ship with). 4) Snell M2000 and DOT certified. 50 OBO. Pics: http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/agv_helmet/Back.jpg http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/agv_helmet/Front.jpg http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/agv_helmet/Left.jpg http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/agv_helmet/Right.jpg http://home.columbus.rr.com/lmosle/agv_helmet/three_quarter.jpg These are best offer, but I do want them gone. Hit me with a PM or e-mail me at lemosley01@yahoo.com Thanks for looking.
  12. Chris, don't start thinking like that ('I'm single and worthless'). Not true - you've just had a run of bad luck. This is the same girl you rode pissed-off about and got hurt, isn't it? It sounds like she isn't right for you. I won't say 'move on' because it's not that easy, and you're right to not want to be friends. Maybe some guys could do it, but I never could either - just hurt to much. Hang out with your friends and talk to them about it. Don't go on and on about to them (cause they'll hate you after a while), but it helps to have people around and get shit off your chest.. Also, avoid the places she will be at. It's going to take a while to get over it. Nothing you can do about that, but in 6 months or a year you'll look back and think 'how silly'. Also, stay off the bike for a while. Too much shit running through your head. You need the concentration for the road. Drive around in your car, listen to music. If you aren't already, take a few days off of work, too. I feel your pain. Been there done that. Even after being married for 6 years I remember what it was like, and it's not something I want to go through again.
  13. works for me - I have some things to do anyhow. Do you have a meeting place in mind? I was thinking Ask in Lancaster (if it's still on 33?) I haven't been to Lancaster in years.
  14. Last month's Motorcyclist [magazine] covered this. A less expensive helmet appears to protect about as well or better than and expensive one. However, the more expensive helmets get your more comfort and more features like better venting, quick remove shields, and removable liners.
  15. How about someplace in lancaster? Saturday or Sunday works for me. It's going to be hot both days with a chance of showers. I'm leaning more towards tomorrow myself.
  16. 'gang', 'gaggle', 'flock', whatever you want to call them, they're still ugly. Big, too. I'd hate to hit one while I was driving, let alone on the bike. I usually see them on the road munching away on the latest victim of traffic. Guess it's a good thing they are around, or we'd be up to our necks in dead 'possum.
  17. Chris (94WhiteGSR) is this your first bike? I can't remember if you said it was. When do we get to see it in person?
  18. Could be heat related to. Yank the case side off of it and point a fan into the case. If it doesn't reboot your culprit is probably heat.
  19. I always called them buzzards. Is 'turkey vulture' their actual name? Ugly bastards, aren't they? Looks like something that died and has come back to life.
  20. Nice looking Ninja. I *really* like that color. Now get out there and flog it, assuming this isn't your fist bike. If it is your first bike, then don't flog it (yet).
  21. Tonight? What's going on up there tonight?
