  1. My wife has back problems (she rides with me alot) so the smooth ride of the CVT transmission benefits her (no gears, no clutch, no shifting). Its a fairly heavy bike, 500lbs, so it's selling point is not gas mileage but comfort instead. One of these days I'll hook up with you guys on a ride, when you see what it'll do you'll never look at a scooter the same again! ;)

HAve you ever by chance passed people on highway exits/entrance ramps. Two of my buddies were riding back on our dyno day and said they were just cruising and a dood on a scooter was hanging way off the thing and flew past them leaned over? :wtf: I just laughed at them

  2. Yota why are you sucking up to the m&m bike guy? Is it because angrish said he would shoot you if he found out about the thread?

haha. Yep... no, i just really didnt think it was as ghey as everyone else I guess. He was going for unique and I can respect that. I wouldnt waste that much money on an m&m scheme but I guess he liked it... ALOT

  3. So Yota did you torque flounder the correct Nm specified in the Fish Manual???

Ha, nope. I was too busy watching Drew do some kind of art work with some 2 ton pound test safety wire. By the time he was done twisting there was a whole scene of flounder and Ariel swimming in the sea. I was pretty schweeet.

  4. Of course Lizard did pass me through tech with a missing pinch bolt and the other one hanging out.. haha.. no really during session 1 I "donated" an axle pinch bolt to the track and almost lost the other one as well. At least lizard was there to make fun of me as usual and had an extra bolt that I used and then safety wired them to avoid that shit again.

And I also wanted to thank YOTA for noticing the bolt was missing and the other was half way out...

    FIXED :D

  5. Great write up man! If you turn it off, you have to turn the key back off and on again to cycle it once before it will start again. Some stupid feature they added on those bikes. As far as the brakes go, kinda silly to adjust them closer to the bars, that would totally kill the effect of them imo. I liked the huge bite they had :dunno: I guess it could be scary to some people tho. Thanks fro the write up man! Now you just have to get that suspension dialed in. I do believe there may be a service bulletin about the rear needed re-valving on some of the S models, also, when adjusting the rear spring on those, there is a plastic spacer that sits up top and they love to break. Tell him to go ahead and pull it off and get the aluminum one they make. I think part of the exhaust has to come off to remove that rear shock too. Kinda sucks. and now im rambling due to toooo much coffee.
