  1. same price as all the other cams.
  2. they don't check sound levels and there are a few louder than yours. its not going to hurt anything in the engine, its easier on the drive train than drag racing is.
  3. +1, snap on screw drivers hold up way better to hammer use......wait
  4. why buy it twice? i have craftsman in my box, they warranty it just like the rest of them do.
  5. yeah he is kind weird. now all we have to do is get your car out there with the othe part of CR that autocrosses.
  6. negative, those cams are not that great with whats out there. its a secret, i won't even tell him the part number or cam specs. i'll just tell him to put it in.

  14. call them and tell them to find you something used and they can get it.
  15. the only wrench brand i have never broken was craftsman profesional, they are a fracion of the cost of snap on, mac, cornwell or matco. now i do have alot of snap on and matco wrenches too. helps if we know what kind of cars your working on though, 5.5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 15, 18, 21 is mostly what you need for GM stuff. i also like snap on's screw drivers more then the other brands. a must have is a 3/8 impact and 1/2 impact. those are a first buy, don't be cheep on those.
  16. i saw a red ss with new 30 day tags pull out of the lot today and wondered if it was you.

not really, i went with something to give me more useable power than max power with the RPM range i gave them. if all the plans go like they should i should have a flat torque curve across the board with good power. 401.3 flywheel. got the last of my parts today. if work is slow tomorrow i'll be getting the engine back together.
  18. the front end reminds me of a crown vic.

aftermarket, i didn't go with the GMPP Cam because i wanted a little more lift with the same duration but different lobe sep. GM's cam was only 110* and i drive the car alot on the street and didn't want a crappy idle.

look at those little tires on that thing. its SSM now for my car. the guy in the gold C4 corvette called me and asked me if i wanted to run with them in E Mod this year since there are more people so i'll more than likely end up doing that.
