the "Black Box" is the air bag SDM (sensing diagnostic module) it records all that stuff. throttle, brake, speed, seat belts, steering wheel position if a sensor is there. we have insurance adjusters come out from time to time with there lap top and down load them. this is why you need to replace the SDM if your air bags go off. it locks all that data in a read only memory just for this use. OnStar can't record all that stuff because it happens so fast.

and the front suspension needs replace alot more offten then ford or chevy.

mine broke 2 pins in the frame (on the common side for a high amount of rounds) and it never misfired once even with both the pins broke in half and removed. cost a whole $2 to fix it.

it needs the case split to make sure you get all the parts out. brake in = let it run for 15 then cool down and then another 15 and cool down then your good to go. never had a problem with all the top ends i have replaced and doing it that way.

it looks like it should be no problem. i need to find a place to get the flanges from and then i can start mocking one up. if anyone knows a place to get the manifold flanges and Y to exhaust pipe flange let me know.
