damn it. now what am i going to work on.

for those of you that work at advanced i am in need of a few things. Lower radiator hose for a 1968 VW beetle RF brake caliper for a 1983 Corvette. both are side jobs i have going on and thats whats next on the list.

there is no adjustment in the fork, it can only bolt in one place and will not go on if turned around. the extra 5/16" is causing all our problems.

are you going to pull it out? if you do i can get it taken care of next week. and what kind of power and intent do you have for the car? TCI makes a pretty killer kit but its like $500 from jeg's. also add a corvette 2nd gear servo and you'll be golden.

C5's are easy to get under 30k. even C5Z's are pretty easy to get under 30 unless you want a really low mile one.

well do you even know all the differences? there is alot more to it other than the engine.

i didn't need to take much off the flywheel. no cracks in the pressure plate. Art. post up the pictures of the fork on the throw out bearing so everyone can see what we are dealing with.

2 different brands, same issue. the fork is 5/16 too thin when inside the bearing. which makes roughly an inch of movement back and fourth at the fork end.
