i had one just like that with a 327 in it. i used to put the bike in the back and go ride. nothing more awesome than a elk and dirt bike rollin down the street.
normal plugs are 120v, the big plugs are 240v. there is no 220v
also joe is correct you can pretty much get any washer/dryer you want with the way your house is set up.
use the old bolt to reinstall the balancer. torque it to 250 then take the bolt back out, pin it then install the ARP bolt. the ARP is a waste IMHO just because the pin holds everything, plus i have a few new GM bolts laying around lol.
