If you go anywhere dont go to Dick's. they may have a little bit of every sport but if your buying hockey equipment the only 2 places I would go is play it again and Hockey Stop. I got my Bauer gloves practically brand new from Play it again for 20$. Most things you can pick out at Hockey Stop then buy online for cheaper but I would rather support a local business with a few bucks. The only big savings your going to see is if you buy skates (inline or ice) online. Im always down for a CR Scrimmage whether it be on ice or roller.

You mean YOU cant stop while playing roller hockey It is very possible to stop and hockey stop for that matter, just takes practice. I found the transition very hard going from roller to ice especially the whole "stopping thing". But I will agree, roller is slower but you can be alot more creative with the puck and what you can do than in ice. Ice is faster and just cooler all around.

And its the only organized inline hockey I know of in columbus. Drop-In's are friday nights from 7-9, I use to always go to these and have a blast. Skill level varies but the only way to get better is to play someone better.

I play Ice currently. Unfortunatly because i switched jobs and shifts I cant make it to most roller games but I'd love to play it again if they have a weekend league. Fucking hammer doesnt know what he's doing. Im down for some pickup hockey just let me know where and when.

Anyone who saw that game know's that not only did we not get ONE single call in our favor but had 4-5 calls AGAINST us and half of those weren't even penalties. Hell even the announcer's of the game disagreed and they are cautious to disagree with anything the officials call. Let me setup the scenario. We're winning in the last few minutes of the game. There was a dirty hit in Colorado's defensive end from one of their Forwards (i cant remember who it was). Basically he hit him with not only his elbow's raised but his hands and it was a blindside hit all of which are illegal. It would be a clean hit if he kept his arms down. It was a viscious one too. Not but 20 seconds later Boll (somewhat a hothead and bully) went in to defend his teamate. he did the right thing and of course assesed a 5min penalty for fighting but ALSO 2 minutes for instigating (bullshit call) but now this?! a fucking fine?! in a game that was lopsided from the start?! Fucking bullshit. The NHL needs more owners and managment like Mark Cuban, where the fuck is Scott Howson and why isnt he bitching to the media? Fucking bullshit.

I have had U-verse for about 2 months and I enjoy it but I will admit the only thing i have to compare it to is Time Warner, I've never used WOW's services. Pricing is competitive, features are the same. The one feature that caught my interest was the fact you can record up to 4 show's on your DVR at once. We have 3 boxes but only 1 dvr. This isnt a problem b/c the dvr can record anything on the living room tv and I can watch it on my bedroom. As far as everything else (save for phone) I'd say its average quality. We have had problem's with programs simply pausing. Dont know why it just happens, though not often i'd say once a month its happened. I have heard that their customer service is outstanding so should it happen again I'll be calling in and complaining, MOST LIKELY to get a discount on my next months bill. As far as internet. Im not a internet geek and dont really download alot of shit so for me it works just fine. Ive heard some computer savvy people dont like it for one thing or another but I think it works fine for me. EDIT: Oh and I dont have phone so I cant tell you how good/bad it is, sorry.

Thats what i use. The last day to register to vote i was stuck at work, i txted google for a library and the zip code i was in and it gave me an address and phone number. i went on my lunch break to a library i didnt know exsisted and registered. definitly comes in handy.

Just to clarify. Why would you pay off a CC or line of credit you've had with a particular company for x amount of years then immediatly close the account? You would then lose all credit history you have with that account. As long as your not carrying a balance and there aren't any annual fee's keep the account active just dont use it. That would reflect positively on your FICO score, yes?

I work out at World, or as its now known as "Metro Fitness". Since they closed their Powell location Im forced to go to the Metro V location in dublin which is SATURATED with senior citizen's but oh well. I've been working out for about 2 years now and have lost a signifigant amount of weight but i still feel like im not where i want to be. its great to push alot of weight but i could honestly care less how much i bench as long as I dont have bitch tits. Ive been working out with the same trainer for about that time and it just feels like ive plateued. Im not really getting any stronger or bigger im more or less just keeping the same. I'll admit my diet sucks from what it was so Im sure that contributes alot. but its still frustrating.
