The way I understood it when i purchased it online. I could have 3 seperate boxes all played DVR recording's. The reality is, i have 3 boxes and only one with DVR capability BUT it was promised to me that within the next 2 months I'll be able to record a program on my single dvr box and watch it on any tv. Hope that makes sense. But so far im happy, i just have to find where my favorite channels are.

Yeah im not neccessarily looking forward to this. When my mom passes (hopefully not anytime soon) shes got 5 kids. Though I like to think we're better than that. It sucks but the only real solution is to realize your the more mature one and take the higher road. Yeah make them think they "won" but oh well. If they're human and have a conscience maybe they'll realize it was all for nothing?

though I dread saying it, i somewhat agree with Rick. Anytime you can avoid taking ANY medication and accomplish the same goals naturally it has to be better. not that im against medication in general. I just dont see how people have lived for thousands of years without it just fine and just within the past century we seem to run to medication to save us. Ive always been a big proponant of working hard and doing it right. Alot of diets will have a crash affect. (not saying this is your case) in which you put the weight back on. I did shit the hard way and kept off over 60lbs for the past 2 years. Either way Will goodluck and keep us posted.

I mean I would be dissappointed if i bought that thing and it didnt give me at least 50 mpg. Does anyone remember when Honda made the CRX HF, i think it was called. Something crazy like 48 mpg. If Im going to go through the trouble of buying a car specifically for its fuel efficiency it better be more that 30mpg.

Shit just last night my neighbor was sitting in her car around 11pm when two punkass kids walked up on both sides of her car to rob it. Of course they didnt know she was still inside of it. Yes but almost 100% of people in the business world quote email's in that way. Write your response above the replied email. When you've got a string of emails coming from 10 different people its easier to start at the most recent and work your way back. And I cant tell you how many times I've heard (but not seen) peoples sticks, pucks, helmets, elbow's hit my face mask and everytime Im thankful i wear a cage. Oh and as for shin splints. I use to ice them down and massage them a bit. It was a temporary fix but it worked. I was just trying to point out other options to get your cardio.

Beat me to it. I use to run in New Balance's but they just weren't comfortable. I bought a pair of Brooks Running shoes on sale at Finish Line for around 80$ and have loved them ever since. I even weight train in them they feel so good and light. I use to get shin splints when i first started running 2 years ago. I found that lower intensity helps and you dont HAVE to run to get in your cardio. Instead I rode the bike for an hour to make up for 30min of running. The eliptical is good too but I personally have never been a fan i guess. If you want the best cardio possible, swim.I dont mean wade in a pool with 50 other people. Swim in a real lap pool.
