I agree for the most part but I have a coworker with a 3 hatchback and he says he doesnt get the greatest gas mileage. I didnt ask him to clarify what "the greatest gas mileage was" but I would think the Fit being a smaller lighter car would get better mileage. If your in that market look at other imports like toyota yaris, mazda has to have a smaller car than the 3, and Suzuki? just an idea.

I have a friend who is a lot attendant at the Honda dealership of Sawmill road, he said the same goes for the base model civic's. Bare bones, power nothing, no AC, manual transmission civics and they cant even keep them in stock. Didnt know they had the same problem with Fit's though.

Wait so you mean you want to pay for it outright correct? If the MSRP is 15k tell them you will give them 15k out the door. Its a brand new car for not alot of money so I dont think their going to move on the MSRP, they're basically paying tax/title for you to buy it outright. I didnt know Honda Fit's were that cheap.

Ha, i know right? Some really good suggestion's guys. Ive thought about a GTP but didnt really think I could find a good enough car with the mileage I want, for the price I want either. I know they can be modded which is a plus but with mods comes a decrease in reliability of course. That SE-R sounds just about right though. Not too big/small, reliable not too bad on gas and the price/mileage was good too. I'll have to look into those. Theres a salvage titled one in galloway, maybe I'll test drive it this weekend. Crossle, good suggestions but most of those are out of my price range, save for the SE-R, Celica and Protege. Id love to pick up a TL but I cant find one for 10k$ without having at least 100k miles. trowa, I was thinking about picking up a little car like the ones you mentioned. Still a possability but if I do I would deifnitly have to pick up some sort of project, going that slow ALL the time would probably drive me nuts. On the plus side its only a matter of time before gas hits 3.50-4.00$/gallon so it would be nice not to spend so much later on.

Im shopping for a new car. Im finally moving out (again) and need to unload the biggest monthly bill I have. My mom likes my car so much she wants to buy it from me so I dont have to worry about selling mine. Starting in January I will be carless. Ive looked at everything from Mustangs to trucks to Civics and just cant decide on what I want. Must haves: -Under 10k$ pricetag, or equivalent to 250$/month car payment nothing exceeding. Im sick of paying 400/month for a car. -drivetrain doesnt matter (fwd/rwd/awd) -Prefer manual transmission over auto but I will settle depending on the car -MUST BE DEPENDABLE!!! -Decent gas mileage (decent being at least 25mpg+) -mileage not exceeding 50k I'd like a dependable daily driver with a bit of 'go'. Nothing crazy, i dont plan on racing this thing at all. One of the things I really like about the Jetta is the interior, so something that is put together well would be a big bonus, if the Jetta was just a bit quicker I might consider keeping it. Then again the maintenance on this B is disgustingly expensive. Im so indecisive I've thought about just buying a used Camry and being done with it... and I HATE camry's. So does anyone have any suggestions?

Drop Sets. I did them this morning on bench and yeah that can kick your ass. Ive never done a certain number of reps though, always just gone until failure, then taken weight off and went again, no breaks but whatever works. You can pretty much do this with anything, its great circuit training. And your right, you look like an ass when your on the bench with two 10lb plates and your struggling, but thats the point i guess.

When buying a 90k$ perfomance car I think that auto climate control would rank pretty low on the 'needs to have' list. Just a thought though.

On the subject of pictures at the workplace. I can name 3 woman at my office who have pic's of half naked men in their cubes right now, and its not like their hidden either. They are displayed prominantly on their cube walls for all to see. The first thought that came to my mine was putting a pic on my desk of some hot B. But Alas if I do Im sure i'll be told to take it down. Why is it that its ok for women to have said pictures at their desk to drool over and its ok but if a guy does the same thing its disgusting and offensive? BS

Im all for being different and I actually like the look of older luxury cars. but there are a few things that just look retarded. The massive negative camber for one and whats up with the curtains? Dont put curtains in your car unless you drive a towncar. I like different looks but if theres no function behind the look then its just a waste of money.

Search Shamrock Towing, and look in the consumer reports area. For all intents and purpose's its a 'legalized' scam. As far as I know they tow alot from the campus area but im sure they dont limit themselves to just that area. They usually tow people, regardless of if they deserved to be towed or not, then hold your car until you pay them to get it back. They are shady beyond belief. Arent they somehow fiscally responsible for your property if they took it and it was stored on their lot? If your bike was stolen from their "secure" lot cant they be held liable?

Her step dad owns a few rental properties in Washington Courthouse so he gave them a copy of a lease agreement and they all signed their names. Sprint doesnt provide service in Wash.
