Careful, posting "that word" could get you a ban. -
damn, thats sucks. When i lived in an apt in the tutle mall area my beater, an 84 rabbit diesel, was broken into. never mind the fact that I always parked near newer and nicer cars, they saw a beater diesel rabbit, with a spray paint flat black paint job and had to have the 15$ cd player or maybe just the face plate b/c thats what they got. oh, and the car was unlocked at the time. They busted out the passenger side window to get into this gem. Sorry to hear about your car.

Yeah I wasn't too hot about that either, we got there about 6:40 (movie started at 7:30) and there was probably 30 people already there. It was in one of lennox's big screen's so the seating capacity was huge. But the tickets were free, so I didnt want to pass up on them. Oh and we got PERFECT seats, center mid-upper. Over all the movie itself was pretty damn funny. I'd say better than talledega nights, but not the best comedy by far. Will Ferrell has his own way of taking on a charector and saying/doing little stuff thats just funny. (shake and bake, Yeah that just happened) But over all a funny movie.

But, doesn't it cost money to administer the drug tests' themselves? Which would intern possibly raise our taxes. On the other hand, the money the state saves from not providing welfare to people who dont pass the test would probably MORE than make up for the extra cost of the tests themselves. I think its a good idea.

Im a huge Will Ferrell fan and I guess Jon Heder isn't that bad. I got prescreening tickets for tonight at 7:30 at lennox. Anyone else going? I wasn't even planning on seeing it this weekend but these tickets were literally given to me, hard to say no. Has anyone ever gone to one of these prescreening's before? the back of the ticket says "get there early, seats are NOT garanteed. Theater is NOT responsible for seating capacity". So these places just give these things out with no regard for how many people it can hold? what if they gave out 500 of these "prescreening passes"? Guess I'll find out tonight.

I've already looked at what kind of overhead would be involved, still well worth it. Im not looking for specific advice about the particular type of buisness I'd like to purchase. Just at the process itself. Should I secure financing first, then approach the owner or vice versa? How do you determine the worth of the business? I've always thought it was 3 years worth of earning's = price of company, but I could be wrong. Should I hire a book keeper or a lawyer for the proceeding's? (Its not like its a huge corporation) Say all parties are interested, don't I/bank/lender have the right to see their books and/or records kept before signing the check?

Notice I'm buying INTO a "BUSINESS" (sorry rotarded, I knew it didn't look right). The particular trade/specialty would be supplied by which buisness I choose to buy. Say, an ice cream store. Purchase said store, make premium product better than competition and preferably at a cheaper price. Corner my market by geographical location, "why go to Graeter's, their all the way over off Bethel when my shop provides a better product at a better price and we're right down the road..etc..." I don't really want to reveal the specific buisness Im looking at, not trying to be a prick joe but people might know people and I'd rather keep it private until im ready to actually make a move. Right now Im just feeling it out. Suffice it to say, this buisness provide's a service that no other buisness in central ohio provides. I enjoy doing it, though I would by no means call myself an expert. However I think I could make this BUSINESS highly profitable, whereas the current owner more or less look at it as a 'side project' (as far as I know the current owner is already a successful small buisness owner). Now I've thought of setting up my own shop. Giving customer's an option when it comes to this service. But, therein lies the problem, would it be cheaper to just buy out the current standing business or start my own? Like I said there's alot of question's to be answered. I'll PM you joe. Anyone else have any recommendations?

So the idea has been in my head for a while. Recently I started putting some number's down and looking at what I would enjoy doing as a small buisness. My mother is fairly successful at what she does and, depending on the market and which type of buisness I choose, might be interested in investing with me. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of purchasing a standing small buisness? or recommend any books/websites or any other information that might be worth while to read? I know im really just starting out and have alot of legwork to do, but I've got my eyes set on something that I think I would really enjoy and be fairly profitable at the same time.

No matter if the drug works or not, it will be in testing for the next decade maybe longer before it gets approved for the FDA. Im not saying I dont think its possible SOME DAY and im sure they've done more testing that just what was posted, but its still a long way off.

I've never heard of that show. was it on WB? I got into lost the first 3 shows, then i couldn't watch it for some reason or another, either it switched time slots/days or i was working while it was on. Looks like a good show, i've seen bits while running at the gym. I saw them go over the electric fence, then they found that camp with people in it. People who I suppose were thought to be dead? I dont know, didnt catch that at all.

If i hate you, im not just going to kill you. Im going to torture you and make sure you are alive until the very end, feeling nothing but pain until you fall unconscience. There's something especially brutal and almost evil about killing someone out of hate. Im sure the Nazi's could've just hung the jew's, instead they burned them alive. But, I do see your point.

(drunk) "I got a new exhaust... It's some kinda italian named thing, termini, termoogliani, or something ... you wanna shot?" Looks nice ben.

reminds me of older dirtbike's, the headlights that is. What was that movie that the dirtbike kept losing so the owner got rid of it, a kid took it in like an abandoned bike or something, cleaned it up, and it came to life and became his best friend? Yeah, THAT bike had headlights like these. I think that bike could fly too. oh yeah, I like the bike, kinda nekked but looks nice. How much do they go for?
