Does he have a job? Without compromising your own status as the innocent one in this, make his job aware of his action's and the ongoing court case against him. Then again, worst case scenario he could get fired and give him even more reason to hate you. Otherwise, keep it clean and in the courts. My family was in... similar... situation's like this in NY where everythought they 'knew somebody'. Kind of rediculous really. Keep the law on your side and log a complaint everytime he disrupts your life somehow. You go the other route, and it will just cause you more trouble. God forbid you actually have to use your CCW.

Ive always had software problem's with any motorola phone I've ever had. I have friends that have had the LG-V (aka, Envy) since it first came out and never had a problem. In fact their phones could sometimes play gif's and mpeg's better than my phone where i would just get an error message. Its a more multimedia friendly phone i suppose. That Q isn't that bad. i guess for a data phone it's pretty cheap 100-150$. Though I'd rather pick up an Envy if I was shopping right now. I text more than I talk so a keypad is a necessity. If you don't text that much than it might not be for you. I do know that it has a hell of alot more capabilities than i use/need it for. Also, if you do buy a Q they will try to upsell you on the bigger battery. Every Q owner ive ever seen has a larger battery. Personally i charge mine every night so there's no need, and even when i dont it will still last 2 days or so. Again, personal preference I suppose.

Im not sure of the exact model you have but since I've been with verizon I've only had Motorola phones and any/all complaint's I have ever had with verizon were b/c of their phones. Motorola phones just suck, I have friends with LG's that last forever but there always some weird software problem that occurs with motorolas that make them act weird. I turned in my first motorola 3 times WITHIN warranty b/c of random shit that would happen. Just tonight i had to go into verizon to get a replacement for my Q b/c it would call and text people at random. It was all screwy.

Then sell your car to someone else. If your friend wants a lower mileage'ed car then tell him to buy another car. It will be much easier and faster if you just get rid of it than putting all that time and effort into something your just going to sell anyway.

We had to do this with my grandmother from SC to L.I. NY and I think they quoted us 2k. At the time my family didn't have that kind of money to spend (she passed unexpectedly) so we had her creamated in SC, then put he the back of our Hondaa Passport for the drive to NY. Then had a ceremony in NY with all the family and whatnot, she was laid to rest next to my grandfather who pass a year earlier. Not the best situation but someone we made the most of it I suppose.

My brother is the king at blowing up. Not to mention he's like 2x the size I am (and im not all that small) i learned alot from him. mostly what NOT to do.
