I have, I think his point is that there are bigger and worse problem's in society than for local law enforcement to pull over people for going 10-15 over the speed limit. Which i agree with, to an extent. Money drives everything, with the exception of tax dollars what other sort of subsidies does law enforcement get? oh and in my particular case, I won but only ended up paying 20$ under what I would've had to pay if I just paid the damn ticket off. At least it's not on my insurance.

HA i use to work in produce about 2 years ago, still know alot of guys who work there. Technically it's suppose to be kept at 36* in produce and -10* in the general freezer, -15* in the ice cream aisle's. When I worked in produce I use to pick those boxes with 2 tshirt's and jeans on, as long as you work there's no way you'd get cold. Ask around most of those guy's probably remember me by my nic name Harry.

I would feel like im taking money away from people who really need it. It's not the fact that i can't pay it, on the contrary. I had no problem paying the 360/month bill for 6 month's, then the double payment of 200.88 just this month. The only reason why I took the payments down is b/c my trans blew up in the contour and I had to buy a new car (ie, car payment). Its the principle that as a company they can't get their shit straight. I've gotten my balance down to 1046.63 which I am thinking i'll just pay off with my tax refund just to get out of this mess. (instead of putting a down payment on a bike:( ) Then again I've heard of horror stories of people who have paid off their balance's and still been charged there after, and even after it was paid off it wasn't taken off their credit report. Paying the debt isn't the problem, life fucks you over sometimes, it's just the way that things are panning out really pisses me off. the whole, "this is the way it is whether you like it or not" attitude makes me mad.

When you setup a payment method with a company you take it for granted that they will 1.Take out the correct amount 2.That the agreed upon amount at the agreed upon time, and in a timely manner. I've setup payment's with this company since July, paid a rediculous amount monthly in order to just pay off the debt which I never argued wasn't mine. All I said was I wanted the funds taken out on the 16th and they can't even get that right. I've had them as late as 15 days!!!! I work at a bank, if I'm ever 15 days late on something Im screwed. Yet these people go on like nothing's wrong. "well you should've taken the money out anyway","it was taken out, by you, then you took the same funds out again a month later". This month their A MONTH LATE! Rather than taking out the December payment on, what else, the 16 OF DECEMBER, they take it out on the 16 of JANUARY, Then take January's payment out on the 25th!!! I feel like im getting screwed and there's nothing I can do about it. And their excuse is that it's the attorney general's office' fault, that they actually take out the funds and present it to OSU Med. which i guess takes a month now. I work at a bank, we have 24 hours to present a check and take funds out as soon as said check is actually presented to a bank. I've never been so mad over something I feel like i have no control over. On top of that, I asked for some sort of confirmation number('s) from my previous 7 payment's that were paid on time and in full and she say's there isn't any. When I responded with "well what if there is some question about the true payoff amount and proof of any payments thereof". "there won't be" fuckin' bullshit. Oh and before anyone gives me shit about "well you shouldn't be in debt in the first place" or "just pay your stuff and this wont happen" I dont want to hear it. I have no problem's being a responsible adult and paying things on time and not getting into debt. These are old medical bills that were incurred when I tried to join the Army, when they said I was too much of a liability b/c of a family history of heart condition's, despite the fact that i passed all the tests with flying colors. I was stuck with the 3300$ bill from OSU, not them. Its one thing to rack up thousand's in unneeded credit card bills buying toys but that's not the case this time.

I work with a girl who restored older bmw's with her dad. She had an ex who had a similar body style'd 3 series and didn't do an oil change for 15k, she changed it for him and said hardly any oil came out of the pan, refilled and the car lived on. I called BS but she swears by it. I would'nt mind an older 318 2 door, light, RWD, and a super charged just went on the market for them. Grassroots motorsports mag just did a write up on one about a year ago.

I've heard of UNOH and Wyotech, as well as UTI. All are reputable and as far as I know all offer BMW "schools". When I looked into it after HS it was pretty basic, go to school and learn you "basic automotive" stuff and then apply for a manufacterer program within the school, BMW, Porsche, Lexus, MB, etc... then after your done with the manufacterer school you get placed with a dealer somewhere for a year and by contract have to stay there for that year. Like I said I looked all this info up a while ago so I could be off slightly or some things could have changed. Hope this helps.

there's a difference between having option's and doing it as a second job and having to be there as your sole source of income. The physical part of the job wasn't too bad but it was crazy hours you were just expected to work. Plus the way im treated at my current job is a hell of alot better, im not being 'baby sat' by my superiors anymore.

Don't know, still trying to figure it out myself. Out of Town pay maybe? j/k I work at an office, have a decent hourly pay and get hardly ANY overtime. There's no way in hell I'd go back to my old job at a warehouse and bust my ass for 12 hours a night. F THAT!

I cut it out completely about 3-4 weeks ago. I wasn't as bad as some of these guys drinking 12pk in a day but I guess ive had my fair share. Now I drink bottled water. The only time I drink soda is if im out to dinner or a semi-special occassion, and this is only because tap water in most restaurants sucks. Everything in moderation. I keep a pack of water at home and a pack in my car for when i go to work and the gym, roughly 5$ for a 36 pack of water its alot cheaper and a hell of alot better for you. Havn't had the vitamin water yet, maybe i'll try it. As for what i use to like, Mt. Dew and Cherry coke were my favorite's.

Makes sence. I helped my sister's friend a few days last summer in her cleaning buisness in powell. Same concept as your thinking. She only had a handful of loyal customer's. Some were weekly, some monthly, etc... I believe she charged a flat rate and offered discounts if she used the customer's cleaning supplies. I THINK she used the customer's vaccum as well. while the charging was simple, she was thorough. Cleaned bathrooms top to bottom, made beds, vaccum, dusted, kitchens, floors... everything. Her best advertisment was word of mouth. She would get in good with one soccermom and she would go back to her country club friends and talk about it, she had people calling her all the time. One customer paid her 500$ to clean her empty house after she moved. Hope this helps, goodluck.

Black Hole After realistically evaluating my skill level, and considering i hadn't played or skated since i was 13, I joined the worst team on the worst league. It's a runt team as im sure you know, people come and learn for a few session's until they become an ok player, then they move on. This is my second session and im really loving playing again, we have our games on thur and sun, and im always at drop-in's on fridays despite the fact everyone there is twice as fast as i am. We suck but i try and keep it in perspective that its only a Rec league and im there to have fun, oh well.

if it's short, why not windsor? Take a couple friends, a few hours drive rather than paying for a plane ticket. casinos/strip clubs/bars/clubs just like vegas. (thought not exactly like vegas)

You play at CORH right? what league do you play? where's your old goalie going, sad to say but he's probably better than what we've got. our last game an opposing defenseman was clearing the puck out of their zone from the opposing blue line ..... yeah our goalie deside's to stop it with his stick at a perfect angle that the puck skips off the stick and hits the top shelf and scores. wtf?
