Ok maybe i misinterpretted this but it seems one common argument your trying to use is the pawning off of blame. "It's not my fault my kids are fat, its genetics", "It's not my fault my kids do drugs, it's b/c of their friends." Please say this isn't what your trying to say.

where were you? i dont think we met up with anyone else. just our small group. I think we might want to make a set time, i was uh, a bit... early to say the least. Same thing happened to myself and another person on this board (i think balian) i jumped through hoops to get doctors' recommendation's on my health and how im fully able to do anything/everything needed. They still said no, after a year of that i just gave up. I don't hold a chip on my shoulder or anything but i tried everything and they still said no. Nothing that you can do but move on with your life and make other plans. Since then my "battle buddy" (with whom i was suppose to go in with) has graduated as a combat engineer top of his class, come home, been deployed to New Orleans, come home and been back for about a year now. shit happens for a reason i suppose.

absolutly, i know they'll sound like shit on any sort of HD system, they were ok when listening to rap/rock music, but that's what i have for now and their free so ill be using them until i find something else. Not to mention a large portion of my budget is going into actually building the room and furniture itself. probably wont be completely done for a while but i'll be starting on it in the next few weeks.

How do you know this for sure? have you seen one? Do you know someone who drives one? I think the patrol charger's are basically an RT, 340 hp, RWD, still heavy. but hell thats better than the caprice's and crown vic's they currently have.

I'd be interested to see some response's on this. I'm building a "man room" in the basement. So far i've got a 52" Rca rear projection hdtv ready, i know not the best but you cant go wrong for 200$. and two Kenwood dj tower speakers ( 2 x 12" subs), again not the best but they were free. I plan on sinking some money into the receiver and dvd player (using the ps2 wont cut it this time) and some decent, though not overly priced suround speakers. One advantage is that im actually going to be able to build the room around the system, using fabric's and some strategically places sound deading material should make it sound better than the sum of its parts. What kind of tv are you going for? dlp, flatpanel? what kind of budget are you trying to stay in? this stuff can get crazy expensive.

That just gave alot more validity to this whole thing. i looked up your gun, did you really pay over 900$ for that thing?!?!?!? none of that stuff seemed cheap but damn thats a chunk of change. oh and, with all that gear on, do you even feel it when you get hit?

Simply from what you described in your first post i'd stay away from this. ANY car that has a major overhaul (ie, engine swap even if it is the same type of engine) will be unreliable for daily use. Other than that the NT 420a motor's are fairly dependable if unmodded, it's only a neon powerplant. Regular maintenance should net you dependable results. And Mike C. was right, their completely differenent cars (4g63 / 420a). If your going rally racing, i'd suggest something simple, light, fwd to start off with. Drive a slow car quick etc... I've seen alot of civic's and integra's rally racing in Grassroots Motorsports Mag. oh and whoever said it was right, there's no way in hell this would be a fair straight up trade.

Didn't Rich Franklin have a fight like a few weeks prior to this one though? that's kinda odd for a professional, usually they go month's between serious televised events. Tito vs. Liddell in december, that will be one to watch. I'm also anscious to see Coleman vs. one of the russians (<mirco i think?) and Kevin Randleman are all fighting on the same ticket, those will definitly be good bouts.

Basically USC would have to lose 2 games to be put out, and either OSU and/or MI will have to go undefeated to get to the National Championship. correct? But if we beat MI then they beat us in the national title game, wouldn't we share the National Championship? On a side note, does anyone know what the rest of the season looks like?
