I was in a similar accident my senior year in HS, trust me you will get a SHIT TON of mail in the next few weeks all from attorney's wanting to represent you saying they can get you the most money etc... Seriously i lived with my parents at the time (obviously i was still in hs) and everyday I'd get the mail and every fucking day there'd be 10 letters addressed to me. All the accident information is public record and the attorney's offices' check this shit everyday. As for cost of the car, get representation and explain what the car meant to you and its true worth not its blue book. I think you'll get what you deserve not to mention health costs, pain and suffering, loss of work etc...

I dont have the time to read everyone else's post's (as im sure they are very helpful and informative...this is cr afterall). But i'll try and answer this as honest as i can. In the past ive always done something constructive, like hit the gym and or played some sort of sports. My biggest breakup i didnt react well, i just ate like shit and got drunk all the time which made me feel sorry for myself, thats the absolute worst thing you could do and is completely self destructive. I dont know about you but driving just makes me think even more and would probably just drive me crazy, pardon the pun. I use to believe in the motto 'the easiest way to get over someone is to get under someone else' but this doesnt always work if the relationship was very serious. Need to rent a car for a threeday weekend trip to upstate NY for a wedding. October 1-3. Thinking about splurging a bit for a nice luxury car but depends on what the company has to offer. If anyone has a guy they go through or certain company thats always treated them right let me know.

There was a guy who came into the club a few years back and ALWAYS hussled drinks from people by doing magic tricks. Some of them were kinda cheesy (sharpie marker in the sleeve etc...) but some were fucking good, as in he would do them 2-3 times and you still had no clue how he did it. Cool thing was he never bet or begged for anything, he would entertain people and they would just buy his drinks for him, i saw him work it on many many different people and it always worked. Im pretty sure i once saw a stripper buy him a drink, thats was a bit different.

THIS. My step-dad's mother passed a few weeks ago (i called her my grandma but whatever) and his sister is a total and complete physcho bitch. Had it not been for my grandma's will and it granting both him and her executor he would've totally been screwed out of the estate. In some aspects he still is, he's not getting some family heirlooms (sp?). If you have any sibling's, especially ones you dont neccessarily trust or think they could turn shady you NEED to get a will or written up by a lawyer. No coach or AD in their right mind would EVER do anything like that. Have a game against your rival "off the books" just b/c you want to. What happens if your starting QB gets injured and cant play in a bowl game thats already scheduled. Say you win but the opposing team doesnt "observe" that win b/c remember, it was "off the books". Instead of having a 13 game regular season, make it 14 but somehow unofficial. It wouldnt work. HOWEVER, i do agree that they should always schedule this game at the end of each teams regular season. Regardless of the possibility BIG10 splitting into two different divisions. If they cant play the last game, let them schedule their first game every year against each other. After all we get to schedule our own 3 non-conference games at the beginning of every year so why not? That way the team would have all summer to prepare too.

I paid them. Seriously though, i had an MRI when i was uninsured and it was around the same price. It took a while because obviously i didnt have 3k in my pocket to hand over but making payments i paid it off. And as for losing everything if you get hospitalized without insurance you can still have insurance and lose everything. I dont remember the statistic exactly but it went something like half of all people who claim bankruptcy do so because of health care bills. And 40% of those people had health insurance. It was crazy.

Blackwing shooting center, my brother went there with his wife a few months ago and said it wasnt worth it. they spent over 50$ just to shoot for 20minutes. Powder Room is by far the cheapest and best value.
